Oct 3, 2008 Bottle from John’s Marketplace in Portland, OR. Corked and caged. The metal on the cork has 01 2017! Whiskey Tango Foxtrot! Reddish tinged dark amber color with a frothy beige head. The aroma is very fresh raspberry. Medium body with mild, but firm, carbonation. The flavor is raspberry and raspberry seed (crushed in the teeth). The finish is quite mild and raspberry. This is a sour ale? Ok, but I find it quite mild. It’s like fresh raspberries in the mouth. Up Moortgat!

Oct 1, 2008 Bottle. Slightly hazy red brown with slight off white head. Aroma is not strong but is fruity. Medium body with strong carbonation. Intense fruit flavour with other interesting notes, perhaps slightly spicy. A great framboise.

Aug 31, 2008 12oz bottle, 2005 Vintage, Cellared @ 60* F for duration, very raspberry smell and taste, not very acidic surprisingly this was very enjoyable due to my stomach not knotting after 3 sips, Taste is key here, I’m glad to have another bottle downstairs.
