Bottle shared at WtWBA Brooklyn 2012. I’ve seen this in stores over the years, but to my knowledge, never had it. Aroma and mouthfeel are both vinegar, sour cherry and light funk. Solid Sour.

UPDATED: MAY 6, 2012 375ml bottle. Sour and apice aromas. Pours dark copper, some amber tones. NIce light brown headm fine bubbled, really persistent and good lacework. Taste is sweet at first but sourness is also noticed and develops with time. Some roasty and herabl flavors also notices. Good astrigent finish.One of the classic sour ales, really nice beer to enjoy, as it happens with most of Liefmans.

UPDATED: MAY 1, 2012 Pours dark brown with nice clarity, fizzy, quickly disappating head. Aroma is green apple, vinegar, caramel. Taste is the same; reminiscent of balsamic vinegar. Body is medium, frothy, medium carbonation, long acetic finish. Overall, pretty goud. (snicker snicker)

2006 bottle. Murky brown body with particles and a minimal off white head. Complex sour aroma with sour cherries, vinegar, grapes, berries. Full body, subtle carbonation. Sour and sweet flavour with cherries, chocolate, blueberries, wood, grapes, vinegar, brown sugar. Loved it, a really great oud bruin.

Brown body, small white head. Nice aroma, chocolate, fruits, yeast in Nice order. Flavour is a bit sour, hides little fruits and yeast, but still not too strong.
