COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Infinitely complex in aroma and flavor with notes of maltiness and tartness throughout. An unsurpassed old brown with the richness and complexity of a vintage wine.

Deep brown pour, sour aroma. Nice tart yet slightly sweet taste with a little vinegary flavor. Overall, a nice ale, good flavor, complex.

Pours very dark brown with a bit of lacing on top. Sour aroma with notes of hop. Very pleasant tart flavour with buttermilk and a bit of smoke. Goes down like velvet. +1, would drink again.

Poured dark brown with a thin off white headsmelled more tart than it tasted. It tasted more sweet with slight sour notes

(37,5 cl bottle) Pours a dark brown color. Aroma of wood, cherries, dark dried fruits, rum, soy sauce. A little metallic. Medium sour taste, lactic acid. No hoppy aroma whatsoever, only a very light bitterness. Short finish. Not immensely complex, but very drinkable.

Bottle. Pours with a thin, but very persistent creamy head. Aroma of apples, grapes, yeasts, coffee, minor caramel. Overall very complex aroma. Soft carbonation. First touch to the tongue is sweet, then the taste almost instantly turns into strong sourness, but it is all the time balanced with some sweetness. Very well balanced brew, refreshing, although it has somewhat dry finish. My first beer ever of this style, and I am looking forward for more to compare.

A very nice sour brown ale. Not too sour. Pleasantly tart. Well balanced notes of cider vinegar, strawberries, malt, yeast and maybe some rhubarb.

750 ml. bottle. Dark mahogany red pour with a small, eggshell colored head. The head fades quickly into a rim around the glass. Aroma of cherries, oak, malt vinegar. Dark fruits, a mild sweetness. Pretty nice. Flavor is crisp, mildly sour, earthy and tart with notes of leather and cherries. Nice, effervescent carbonation with medium bodied. Finishes tart. Definitely nice.

Bottle shared with some friends for New Years. Aroma and flavor has hints of sour funk with hints of cherries and sugar. Very easy drinking. Not super complex but very well balanced.
