Feb 28, 2007 [200-20070201] 375mL. Raisin currant sweet aroma, medium alcohol and a little wine. Cloudy, red brown body. Tastes like sweet currants and a little perfume, has barley characteristics and noticeable alcohol. Medium body, nice smoothness. Overall good togetherness, a little barleywine-esque. Feb 26, 2007 375 ml 2005 bottle. Pours a murky sandy brown color with a small white head. Unfiltered, with lots of tiny hops floating around. Aroma is winelike-lots of sour fruits present. Pears,berries,sour apples and vinegar. Taste is dominated by sweet and sour fruit,vinegar and light brown sugar. Not bad for this style.

Feb 14, 2007 Bottled. Very very dark red (almost black) with nice curtains. Theis’ bike glue again - sour/sweet with notes of berries, syrup and spices. Pretty good but a bit too onesided and sweet.

Feb 10, 2007 Light pear cherry minty aroma,you can smell the tartness in there,aroma takes on a cherry sucker flavor, in the taste you get the tartness and sourness you expect, sour cherry skins and vanilla dominating, flavor disappears very quickly and leaves you with only the sour bacteria on your tongue a wonderful early evening taster

Feb 10, 2007 Updated: Mar 15, 2007Bottle. Head small creamy and off-white like which quickly diminished. Fair lacing to be found. Light cloudy particles and a golden brown colour. Aroma was sweat, barnyard, graph, apple, vinegar. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Flavour was light sweet and moderated acidic. Nice fresh finish that that had hints of acidic fruit and light tart metallic.

Feb 10, 2007 Bottle. Pours a clear dark amber color with an off-white head. Sweet suggary fruity aroma with some sour hints. Sweet slightly malty and tart flavor. Fruity malty finish with some hints of wood in the aftertaste.

Feb 7, 2007 Bottled(375ml). -Deep red/brown coloured, small beige head, sour fruity nose. The aroma is very fruity (cherry)with notes of wild yeast, toasted malt and sugar. Tart metallic finish.
