OK retention and nice lacing. Very interesting aroma. I'm getting a suprising amount of cherry, citrus and vanilla. Theres some fruity (dark fruit) malt aroma there too, and a yeasty stench as well. Smooth medium mouthfeel. Flavour wasnt as complex as aroma. Starts with sweet subdued malts, finish is mildly sour and acidic. Slightly spicy hop like aftertaste. Nice stuff. Pours a chocolately brown with LOTS of suspended yeast/proteins all throughout and a short lived off white head. Incredibly unappealing look from the excessive yeast/protein particles hanging out like mini shreds of wet toilet paper floating stationary like gel capsules. Taste is smooth, overly sweet, a touch alcoholic, and some nice sourness. Honestly tastes like a mix of brown ale and a cheap reisling wine. If you want your beer this sweet, you should just drink dessert wines, or champagne. Pours copper with beige head.
Taste is malty with light hops and some very good addition of fruits, dark cherries. God dose of yeast. Amazing balance with the sour and tartness being excellent, almost velvety.
