(Bottle 33 cl) This is 4,5% ABV. Reddish brown, clear with a small head. Almost no body, a bit watery with some slight, metallic notes being the only obvious flavour. Prettty much no bitterness. A touch of wine vinegar with a small underlying sweetness. But formidably quenching. 190998
3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 schuimkroaat (410) - Leuven, BELGIUM - MAY 23, 2005
Light chestnut colour, relatively weak head. The aroma is scarce; syrupy, raspberry, metallic. Much richer in the flavour, which is juicy, sweetish (like burnt sugar) and citric acidic. A bit ticklish, a bit filling on the palate.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 muzzlehatch (4425) - Burlington, Vermont, USA - DEC 7, 2004
Dec 2004, Swedish dregs, Alts etc tasting w/MartinT, tiggmtl and Rastacouere #9. 33 cl bottle. Muddy brown with a smallish lasting wisp of foam...grapes and black currants dominate the sweet-sour fruity vinous nose...sweet initial flavor, salty middle, sour apple finish...highly drinkable, rustic and slightly woody at the last; far from a great example, but pleasant and simple.
