Pour on tap in FoCo is dark brown with off white head, aroma had notes of vinegar, lactic acid, some fruity notes, lemon and a touch of tannic oak. Taste is a mix of oak, some lactic and acetic acids, slight funky notes, finishing fairly dry and slightly tart. Decent surprise!

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 suprchunk (802) - Heinsberg, GERMANY - NOV 25, 2011
Dark, dark mahogany colored pour. Thin khaki/off-white head that quickly goes away and doesn’t leave much lacing to speak of. Big malty aroma with hints of funk and molasses. Molasses and figs in the front. A little sour in the middle with a sweet and sour back. Like a sweet malt vinegar, with a little less emphasis on the sourness. Medium-bodied and delicious.
