Amber pour with a khaki head. Somewhat bland aroma, but there is a nice bit of malt sweetness. Some grape, mild cherry, and a definite acetic sourness. The taste is a bit bland and watery, but as with the nose, there is some fruit character and a mild tartness. Fairly basic and mediocre, just a bit of red wine vinegar and some mild grass.

Aromat winny, winogronowy piwniczny i beczkowy. Smak lekko kwaśny, umiarkowanie wytrawny i minimalnie słodki. Smak winny, w sumie to doszliśmy do wina robiąc piwo. I to niezłe wino. Do tego fajnie zbalansowane o pijalne.

Clear chestnut brown, two finger frothy beige head, half-way lasting, good lacing; aroma is vinegar, caramel, sour cherries, bit wood; taste medium sweet and sour, fruity, some vinegar, with long duration, mild sourish finish; medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation; pleasant and drinkable Sour/Brown Ale.

rand (1460) - SWITZERLAND - DEC 10, 2015
Bottle 25 cl from Bier-Bienne (CH). Reddish brown with a nice clear beige foam. Acidic nose, vinous, sugar and fermented fruits. The taste is similar, acidic, lactic, with a malted sweetness. Acidity replaces bitterness. Light beer, digestible, finale soft and fluid, without complications. A old style which, I hope, will persist.
