COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Liefmans is a unique, refreshing blend of beers, ripened on real cherries in our cellars, blended with natural fruitjuices of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, billberry and elderberry. The result is a slightly Champenoise pearling, fruity, and agreably sweet drink, sparkling and refreshing.

ruby colour, minimal pinkish head; aroma and taste is fully dominated by cherry and berries (mostly raspberry) with only minimal beer-notes; not bad, but a bit too much fruits in the taste for me.

Bottle at home. This has nothing to do with beer. It tastes like a cassis softdrink with a bit of alcohol in it. Can be nice in the summer though.

2011 Cork, 2013 Cap; cranberry red body with somewhat small soft pink soapy structured head; pop rocks nose, obvious fruit layers of cherry and strawberry, very soft tartness; syrupy sweet, lightly tart favors, not much depth; coating, lightly carbonated mouth finishing sweet

Sep 2012 - sickly sweet fruit beer, the mix of fruits makes the flavour indistinct, not bad in the late aftertaste. OK, but wouldn’t rush to have it again.

Bottle. Hazy purple red with no head. Aroma of rasberry & strawbery juice essence and water. Notes of toffee. Flavors are cherry and rasberry. Sweet and slightly sour taste.

Pours dark red / purple. Thin pink tinged head which fades away rather quickly leaving traces of lacing. Smell and taste of cherries and particularly raspberries. Quite sweet with a sherberty fizz on the tongue. Tastes pretty artificial, much like a half-decent cherryade pop. Leaves a slight aftertaste of artificial sweetener. Not much better than those sickly alcopops. Not bad but really not what beer means to me.

Cherries. I’m getting cherries. There appears to be cherries in this. I’m sure I’ve reviewed a beer with cherries in before, I’m getting too much information from you.

Hazy, light strawberry color. Man enough to be beer, candy enough to be kid. Drink this if the kid in you wants to eat candy. Its strawberry, fake sugar sweet and malty with a hint of bitterness all at the same time. It smells like maple sugar and tastes like fermenting strawberries and sugar. Good job candy beer guys at Leifmans!

On bottle from Jumbo Bilbao , Santiago. Ruby color, good foam. Intense aromas of cherries and high overall fruitiness . Medium/ light body & complexity. Sweet , but ok balance Pretty good beer, but I have always loved cherries
