Liefmans is a unique, refreshing blend of beers, ripened on real cherries in our cellars, blended with natural fruitjuices of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, billberry and elderberry. The result is a slightly Champenoise pearling, fruity, and agreably sweet drink, sparkling and refreshing.

Visual: Pours cloudy purplish-red with barley any head, thin ringed retention, a few streams here and there. Nose: Super fruit-forward blend of strawberries, raspberries, and cherry. Unreal. (lvl-10)-pungency Attack: fruity sugars Mid-palate: (lvl-5)-sweetness, (MAIN) strawberry, raspberry, elderberry, some cherry, hints of malt Finish: hints of tartness, clean light fruity finish. Summary: This pretty much drinks like a real-fruit soda with finer carbonation. Not much in terms of depth or length, but extremely refreshing and drinkable. A sure hit with the ladies.

Bottle at UhÝrt, september 30th 2014. Clear red body with a small pink to purple head. Aroma of cherry candy, lemonade, slightly tart. Taste is very sweet, sugar and cherries, resembles more lemonade with alcohol than a fruit beer. Still, even if not great itís a nice change for once in a while.

"Interesting brew. Doesnít have the depth of Liefmanís other lambic type fruit beers, and is also lacking the sour or tart qualities. That said, this pink brew is waaaaaay better than your typical throw some fruit in a shitty wheat beer variety. I dug it. Like a mixed berry mixed drink...not particularly beer-like, but thatís ok. As expected, really liked by the ladies at our tasting, but the guys all liked it a little more than expected."

Had this in bottle (someone ex-neighbours Nick & Anna I think? left this at the house) consumed at home, Sunday 14th September 2014 Pours pinky red with large fluffy pinkish hued head. Sweet, a little syrupy sweet, but fruity with sweet cherries. Lacks tartness and a bite, but I knew what I was going to be like and fact is I drank it all quite happily and to be fair there is a little sour cherry. Its ok. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Huge cherry nose. Sweet red fruit juice, dark cherries, sour sweet finish. Not my thing but a well done classic fruit beer.

Draft to taster. Looks good; a mostly transparent strawberry red with very light pink head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells good; nice and fruity with a sweet berry backbone. Lots of cherries. Tastes like it smells with a nice, smooth mouthfeel. A nice fruit beer.

[5616-20130731] Tap. Cherry syrup raspberry and blueberry fruity aroma. Clear, bright red body with a medium-lasting foamy light pink head. Super-sweet cherry raspberry continues in the flavour. Medium body. Like a cooler, like drinking a cherry Jolly Rancher but just the straight syrup. (7/3/7/3/14) 3.4

Pours clear dark red with low to no white head Aromas of banana candy, sweet cherries, honey, syrup, hints of bicarbonate Taste has sweet cherries, bicarbonate, caramel, sour yeast. Quite intense sweetness. Like drinking a sour cherry lemonade
