COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Liefmans is a unique, refreshing blend of beers, ripened on real cherries in our cellars, blended with natural fruitjuices of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, billberry and elderberry. The result is a slightly Champenoise pearling, fruity, and agreably sweet drink, sparkling and refreshing.

0.25 bottle. Clear cherry-read with a pinkish head and good carbonation. Swweet fruits, cherry, raspberries on the nose. Body is a bit thin. But the fruit-theme continues. Some minerality in the finish. Not as intensive flavors as I would have hoped. All in all, I’m not that impressed. Feels a bit like a concentrated charry/raspberry/cranberry juice mix (or suryp) mixed with cheap carbonated spring water. Easy to drink and creamy textury, which I like.

floral, citrus, herbs, earthy, raisin, vanilla, woody, clear pink, minimal head, light sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour, light body, creamy, average carbonation, astringent, Was expecting a sweet fruity drink here, but was surprised that it was more "beer-like" than expected. A light, slightly carbonated texture mixed with a dry fruitiness was definitely different. The finish seemed a bit off to me (light metallic) along with a lingering bitterness that replaced the all to brief original sweetness in the mouth. Perhaps getting too much wood from the aging process?

25 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Mitra. Pours red with a pink head. Aroma of cherries and grapes. Sweet sweet cherries, strawberries and other red fruits. A beer for women and I don’t mean that in a bad way, my wife loves it,

Pours a ver hazy ruby color. Very carbonated with a large pinkish head at first. Aroma of grenadine, super sweet smelling. Almost artificial. Taste follows the nose with a flavor the reminds me of a Shirley Temple. Basically that's what this beer is. Great to add to a desert. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dark ruby pour with a rose color head. Nose is concentrated, sugary raspberry syrupy and nothing else. Flavor follows suite and is hard for me to get down more than a few ounces.

Reddish/pink with a decent light pink head. Aroma is raspberry cordial, cough syrup, red jello crystals. Light bodied and cloyingly sweet on the palate with a candy aftertaste. Taste is raspberry syrup, sugar, candy. This in no way resembles beer.
