Liefmans is a unique, refreshing blend of beers, ripened on real cherries in our cellars, blended with natural fruitjuices of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, billberry and elderberry. The result is a slightly Champenoise pearling, fruity, and agreably sweet drink, sparkling and refreshing.

Bottle (25 cl) from The Cracked Kettle. Cleae deep ruby, medium creamy pink head. Fresh cherry and raspberry aroma with some notes of strawberries. Medium bodied with chewy texture, light to medium carbonation. Way too sweet, low acidity. Could have been really tasty without that cloying sweetness, and with more acidity.

Bottle; Pour is ruby red with a modest off white/pink head that retains fairly well, actually. Light, spotty lacing in this glass. The aroma is strawberry, raspberry juice - The flavor profile I find absolutely hideous. If your goal is to drink a brew that closely resembles Black Cherry Kool-Aid - This is it!

750 ml corked and caged bottle poured a clear ruby red with a lasting pink head. Aromas of strawberry, chjerry, raspberry, cookie and light vanilla. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry lightly tart finish. Flavors of sweet tarts, strawberry, cherry and light vanilla with a crisp dry lightly tart lingering sweet tart finish.

Bottle. Poured a medium cranberry in color with a large pink frothy head that lasted throughout and produced excellent lacing. The aroma was overwhelming with a mixture of berry scents (cherry, raspberry, strawberry ect...) to the extent is smelled a bit like berry Kool-aid. It tasted moderately sweet and a little acidic with a strong berry flavor that engulfed the taste buds from beginning to end with a nice mild sourness at the finish. Mouthfeel was light in body and watery yet very mildly dry in texture with a fizzy carbonation. Overall very fruity and refreshing almost candy like. I particularly liked the sour bite at the end.

750mL bottle, caged and corked. "Liefmans Fruitesse", Vintage 2010. Bright Red color, white head. Aroma of Red Kool-Aid. Cherry, Strawberry, and Raspberry are all included, all with a sugary scent. Tastes of same fruits. Odd chemical mouthfeel afterwards. 8,3,7,2,10

On tap, called Liefmans Fruitesse. The glass suggested that you should throw some ice in there. Crazy. Not much of a beer, but it tastes okay (more like rootbeer/soft drink).
