Liefmans is a unique, refreshing blend of beers, ripened on real cherries in our cellars, blended with natural fruitjuices of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, billberry and elderberry. The result is a slightly Champenoise pearling, fruity, and agreably sweet drink, sparkling and refreshing.

Sommar & sol känslor får man! Som en bär smäll på käften. Rosé vinös, bubbel champagne smak. Lättdrucken aperitif, med blandning av olika bär på ett fint balanserat vis. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The head of thick, pink, stiff. Very cherry aroma, but you can also feel the strawberries, raspberries, red fruit yogurt (accent of milk). Refreshing taste sensational, there are cherries, raspberries, strawberries, acidity like a red currant. Minimum sparkling and very gently sweet, milk is the accent that reminds me a bit of candy Alpenliebe. Very good, maybe not for the winter but it’s ok.

Bottle. Pours deep ruby with a small reddish head that dissipates quickly. The aroma has a mix of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. The taste is syrupy sweet.

Pours clear red with a fat two fingers of frothy pink head diminishing gradually to a thin skim, moderate lacing. (3/5) Nose is cherries and raspberries, along with other mixed berry sweetness. (6/10) Taste is moderately strong sweet, mild tart. (7/10) Light body, lively carbonation, off-dry and mildly tart finish. (3/5) A mildly alcoholic cherry lemonade. On ice. Despite it being quite sweet, it isn’t cloying or overwhelming, and the cherry doesn’t taste artificial. Kinda weird to pour it over ice, but that’s what the bottle said to do, and it’s not completely inappropriate for what’s basically lemonade. (14/20)

Aroma intenso de vinho, groselha, framboesa. Espuma rala e pouco duradoura. Paladar bastante refrescante e carbonado. Aftertaste tendendo para o citrico, perdendo aos poucos o adocicado tão intenso do início. Uma boa fruitbeer!

Bottle, thanks SirLimpsalot. (labeled as Fruitesse On The Rocks) Clear reddish with a pink head. Really sweet with raspberries, some cherries and sugar. The body was light and with no bitterness. Quite tasty as a lemonade, why not with some ice?

Bottle. A very fruity and sweet aroma, also a little hidden sourness. The small white fizzy head disappears fast, the body is dark red. A very sweet taste, strong fruity taste of cherries, in between a little bit sour, the finish is sweet again. The body is light, very fizzy with a lot of carbonation.

Cheiro de frutas vermelhas bem acentuado, assim como o gosto. O gosto é bom, parece um suco. Não sou muito fã desse estilo. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Half of 4x25cl bottles, merci ma... Red berry grenadine on the rocks, to be served on even more ice. Nose of unadulterated molten HariboKirschen and decongealed raspberry mousse with strawberry sirup, including all pectines and ascorbine acids, the slightest hint of beer to be traced not sooner than retronasally, upon burping up all that lipsmackingly sticky cherry candy. A mousse, a grenadine, an ice cream...just not a beer - I like Gary’s remark that the raspberry is in 3D here. A Belgian brewing & mixing abomination so confident and endemic to the culture you just better learn to accept it is going to be there waiting for you, at some point in your most regressive drinking state. Still better and fuller quality of fruit than most lemonade Radlers, though (including Stiegl)- NOTE: Can’t this just be entered as "Liefmans Fruitesse" (On the Rocks)?

Appearance: Clear red, reddish head but not much of it.
Aroma: Berries, all different kinds.
Taste: Again, lots of berries. Sweet. Not much "beer flavour" in there.
Bought: Halle aux Boissons (Matran), 250 ml, CHF ?.??
