COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Liefmans is a unique, refreshing blend of beers, ripened on real cherries in our cellars, blended with natural fruitjuices of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, billberry and elderberry. The result is a slightly Champenoise pearling, fruity, and agreably sweet drink, sparkling and refreshing.

No clue why serving a beer on ice would make it a different beer ...... But hey . if this is the new rule , than so be it ... Original rating of the same damn beer , without ice ; Available everywhere in Belgium . and hey, in the style of arteficial , sweet fruitbeers, this is my favourite . It pours red, big white head . Smell is just plain sweet fruityness . Taste is likewise . The complex fruit mix makes this one interesting enough to stand up agains the filthy arteficial character - that especially rises when its warmer , thats why they now serve it on ice. Yet Im agains watering your beer down - . Overall, interesting thirst quenchener . If they have nothing else Id want, Id take this . Difference with ice - the filthy sweetness is less intense . The taste waters down if you dont drink fast enough .... comclusion ; Is this a joke ? Beer + ice is NOT a new beer ....

Spab (2603) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 15, 2014
On tap at the Loose Moose. Pours a clear rubyish colour with thin pinkish head. Aroma is sweet, sugary berry with a little tartness that keeps it from being insipid. Flavour is similarly one note and its all to much like Kool-Aid - sweet, sugary (though not ridiculously so), lightly tart, artificial berry and nothing else. Light body. Meh.
