COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Liefmans is a unique, refreshing blend of beers, ripened on real cherries in our cellars, blended with natural fruitjuices of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, billberry and elderberry. The result is a slightly Champenoise pearling, fruity, and agreably sweet drink, sparkling and refreshing.

Draft as Liefman’s Fruitesse @ Birch Bar Norfolk VA: Aroma is a delightful mix of Skittles and Jolly Ranchers, cherry, lime, raspberry, and orange are discernible. Crystal clear ruby colored. Flavor is of a bag of sweet tarts, mainly raspberry and strawberry. Kind of a girly beer, but delicious. Fruity and complex, I could literally drink this all day.

Has a bright fruit aroma as you wolud expect from this style. Nice deep red color. Flavors are strawberry more so than raspberry, not what I would have expected from the aromas. Als it finishes clean without as much sweetness as the aroma would suggest.

Intense fruit aroma and taste, love the berry red colour and pink head, thin and fizzy, tart and sweet, great way to cleanse the palate after dinner... yummy desert beer. 250ml is sufficient!

The aroma is very sweet and fruity with a mixed berry candy quality. There is also a tiny bit of malt but not much. The appearance is red with a small head. The taste is like the aroma with a huge fruit taste and a sweet and slightly tart finish. The palate is fizzy and refreshing. Overall this is a very good beer.

Pours clear red with a small purplish, pale pink head. smells faintly of the red fruits (cherry, raspberry, and strawberry). Taste generally follows the nose, but is more faint, with an overall fruity flavor. Medium-bodied with a slightly sticky texture and a lot of carbonation, Liefmans Fruitesse finishes with hints of fruity sweetness.

(draft @ The Old Toad - Rochester, NY) Cloudy red pour with a thin pink head. Sweet and fruity aroma with lots of cherry and strawberry in the aroma. Flavor of a mixed fruit jam with a nice berry tartness at the end. Great desert beer with a nice fizzy body.
