4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
I drank this beer chilled and really enjoyed it. I haven’t had any of their beers since the trouble, but this reminded me of them, if in a subdued way. Lacking the sourness and the acidity, Fruitesse offered a soft, semi-sweet (barely sweet) all natural drinking experience. Not a hint of artificial flavours, this delicate beer is to be sipped and enjoyed, ideal for summer evenings by the tennis court! Bottle-conditioned I think...

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a raspberry red color from the bottle. Smells of sweet fruity flavors, mostly raspberry and black cherry. Very fruity flavor, starts out very sweet and ends with a bit of a sour note. Overall a bit of an artificial flavor but may be enjoyable especially for those who dont enjoy a regular beer.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Clear ruby red colour, dissipating white head. Aroma of strawberry, strawberry ice cream, light raspberry, lots of red fruit syrups. Very sweet flavour, light elderberry touch, fruit syrups, fruit yoghurt and sweeteners. Sweet finish, fruit syrup and a yoghurt touch.
Not my cup of tea.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
ruby colour, minimal pinkish head; aroma and taste is fully dominated by cherry and berries (mostly raspberry) with only minimal beer-notes; not bad, but a bit too much fruits in the taste for me.

2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle at home. This has nothing to do with beer. It tastes like a cassis softdrink with a bit of alcohol in it. Can be nice in the summer though.
