Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with white head. Straw, yeasty, malty aromas. Spicy, straw, yeasty, citrus flavors. Very solid saison.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a thin, poorly retained white head, over a hazy gold (SRM 4) body.....nose is cereal, hints of lemon, light pear.....taste is cereal, light lemon, hints of clove, finishing with a light bitterness.....mouth feel light of medium, minimal astringency, carbonation adds a light spritz and acidity to the finish. From tap at Stub and Herbs. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and cornish. Bitter and fruity estery. Light peppery and mild toasted malty. Medium dry and light estery finish.

Tap at brewery. Pours a hazy yellow with some.white head. Aroma is belgian yeast with typical saison notes. Flavor is a yeasty saison with some good spice and citrus. Not bad.

Sweet nose. Light head light lacing. Citrus palate. Kinda of a hot summer day beer.

Tap. Pours hazy golden yellow with a small white head and good lacing. Aroma is yeast, wheat and honey. Flavor is lightly sweet, with yeast notes more prominent than in aroma, plus apple and a bit of spice. Medium body, silky in the mouth, quite refreshing actually.

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a glass. Pours straw yellow (hazy) with a very thin white head leaving small wisps of lacing down the glass. Very strong grass, straw notes with hints of ripe/tart apples and pears with light lemon citrus notes. Initially substantial chewy wheat slowly fading into a mix of subdued fruits. The finish is lasting. And lingers in your mouth. Light body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Over all a nice Saison, tastes a lot better around 60 degrees then ice cold. This would go down great on a very hot day! I would have problem rated this beer higher if I would drink this outside on a hot day.

This a great lawn mower beer or beach beer.... Maybe a tailgate beer.... Well the start of a tailgate at least...
