3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear yellow in color... Aroma of light grains, bananas and cloves... Flavor is more akin to a Belgian wit, lots of cloves, citrus, earthy grains...light yeasty finish... Decent, had way better

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Received in a trade from BVery -- Bottle poured into a pint glass, a straw yellow colored beer with almost no head. Smells like oranges and yeast. Flavor is light, effervescent and a little honey sweet. I really like the flavor and the mouth feel.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: SEP 20, 2014 Light body with a mild malt and rose aroma. Pleasant, well balanced and refreshing. Good summer beer, just not as strong as great saisons, more like a better alternative to a summer lager.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
6 oz. pour, on tap at the brewery’s taproom as part of a six-beer flight. Consumed on 5-30-14. Pours a hazy, pale straw with light beige to off-white head. Fruity aroma features scents of peach and fruit candy cane. The smell also is tart, with scents of apple cider and apple vinegar. Strong aroma. Tart and dry taste features an apple juice element. There is a touch of aspirin tablet acridity in the flavor, but not in a bad way, believe it or not. Light to medium body. Lively, frothy, crisp, and refreshing in the tablet. Overall, this is a solid American saison.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12fl oz bottle. Pours a clear golden yellow with a thin white head and fine sediment. Aroma has nice notes of candy sugar, bubblegum, citrus, and a very mild spice. Taste is slightly sweet with some farmhouse flavour and citrus. Low-medium body with a medium carbonation. Pretty clean and dry in the mouth. Overall refreshing and drinkable. Decent enough flavours but not top in class.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
I love Saison beers but this one definitely falls short. The taste is very light and there isn’t much flavor. Still enjoyable to drink but definitely won’t knock your sock off.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Light amber color with little head. The aroma has orange and wheat, with some doughy yeast. The taste is balanced, but not very assertive. The palate is invigorating, and fairly light. Overall, it’s a decent beer.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
FROM NOTES: July 11, ’12
Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a pint glass.
A: Very strong grass, straw notes with hints of apples and pears with a few lemon citrus notes.
A: Pours straw yellow with a one-finger white head leaving small wisps of lacing down the glass.
T: Initially a substantial chewy wheat slowly fading into a mix of subdued fruits; similar to the nose. The finish is lasting.
P: Light body and flavor with moderate carbonation.
O: If you like the saison flavor, let this one warm up to room temp first. At best, a very average saison.
