3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Thanks to tytoanderso for sending this. Pours a nice straw yellow with medium white head, minimal lacing. Aroma light on wheat, yeast, slight hops, and a bit of an earthy character. Flavor is pretty mild, but very refreshing and enjoyable.

On tap at Old Chicago in Roseville, MN. Cloudy golden with a fairly thick head. Aroma of light spice and yeast. Taste was subtle. Lightly spiced with some clove and yeast. Drinks much life a hefeweizen, but for the touch of dryness.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
An interesting beer that reminds me more of a wheat or witbier than a real Belgian saison. Pours a very light golden color with little to no head. Lots of carbonation bubbles. Complex aroma with spice and fruit notes. The flavor has some orange peel, some coriander, some underlying maltiness. A bit thin in palate and finish. Nice to see Minnesota brewers trying something new, but this one falls a bit short of memorable.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz bottle from Princeton. Yellow pour, very fizzy/carbonated. Not much of a head. Not a very strong aroma, some yeast/wheat and slight citrus. Wheat flavor with the spicyness coming through faintly, clean smooth finish.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from theisti by way of theiske. Aroma is soapy fruit with some earth tones and light citrus and herbs. Taste is wet earth and some malty lemon peel upfront, pretty decent. Finish falls a part and gets kind of muddy and sweet as it comes to temp. Even a little astringent alcohol on the back, unexpected for the style in general and the abv of this one in particular. All in all, decent, but certainly there are better saisons out there. Thanks again, Tim.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the Nook. Very light gold pour that makes it look like a lite beer. Good crisp flavor it would be a great summer drinking beer.

Quite enjoyed this spicy saison. Belgian yeast is very present, with tons of hay, sweet but dry malt, and and a great finish. Great for the patio.
