3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle - very earthy tasting IPA that has a dirty cloudy dark orange look that usually goes along with this type of IPA. Has a dank aroma, medium body and finish.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a hazy orange. Overall it’s clean, crisp, with a slightly lingering grapefruit finish. Just a little too bitter in the finish.

One of or the best IPAs of the day. Tasted at Stanley’s Beer and Bacon Fest - May 17th, 2014 during Art-A-Whirl in Northeast. Notes were a bit light.

3.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Very hoppy Minnesota beer, great smell and bitter aftertaste. Heavy to drink. Good for hop drinkers, but a little too much for me.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a hazy caramel in color with a long lasting off white head. The aroma consists of caramel and pine on top, to go along with grapefruit, pineapple, orange and grassy hops. The taste is bitter yet with a citrus tartness. There is pineapple and grapefruit standing out. Lesser impressions are pine, caramel, and floral hops. Aftertaste has grapefruit and pine, which is mild yet lingering. Medium in body, with a sticky texture, and lots of lively carbonation. This is a very solid IPA overall. Its bery drinkable and it isn’t to strong either. Recommended.

6 oz. pour, on tap at the brewery’s taproom as part of a six-beer flight. Consumed on 5-30-14. Pours a bright and fairly deep gold. Nearly white to beige head. Noticeable lacing. Clear liquid. Scents of pine, melon, cream, tonic water, and grapefruit. Classic, good, and strong American IPA, especially West Coast-style IPA, aroma. Juicy, piney, resiny, bready taste. Also citrusy: Lemon, grapefruit, and lemon peel flavor elements. Medium body. Soft and somewhat lively in the palate. Nice, soft palate effects, but it would be even better with more liveliness. A darn good IPA overall -- and I’m a big fan of the style -- and a well made beer.

Tap, golden orange with a white head, citrus hop taste with some pine, medium bitterness, not a bad IPA

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from burgy! Pours a nice golden-orange with a moderate off-white head. Nice aromas of lemons and pine. Subtle floral notes and light malt sweetness. Taste is pretty damn balanced. Nothing too exciting, but nothing off-putting. Nice bouquet of hops and a moderate malt sweetness. Moderate bitterness to the finish. Solid.

While attending their Irish Coffee stout release, I stumbled across the HOP DISH IPA . It is named after a common, hardy hot casserole meal from the mid west (Minnesota) . Its a right on the nose IPA. Kinda west coast style. Cheers!
