COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This IPA pushes the boundaries (BJCP American IPA top-7.5% ABV/70 IBU) and delivers what you would expect. This aggressively hoped IPA awakens the senses with aromas of citrus, fruit, and pine but will bombard your taste buds (with hops, a subtle malt sweetness and notes of caramel) that will put a smile on your face. Available for a limited time on draft.

Formerly known as Hop Prop IPA.

Bottle from burgy! Pours a nice golden-orange with a moderate off-white head. Nice aromas of lemons and pine. Subtle floral notes and light malt sweetness. Taste is pretty damn balanced. Nothing too exciting, but nothing off-putting. Nice bouquet of hops and a moderate malt sweetness. Moderate bitterness to the finish. Solid.

While attending their Irish Coffee stout release, I stumbled across the HOP DISH IPA . It is named after a common, hardy hot casserole meal from the mid west (Minnesota) . Its a right on the nose IPA. Kinda west coast style. Cheers!

Hopped beer with aromas of citrus, fruit and pine. A little subtle compared to my ultimate favorites.

A nice IPA. Aromas of resin and some sweet citrus. Flavors are bitter and musky pine with a nice malt bill to keep things balanced.

Bottle. Clear amber with tiny bubbles and a thin white cap. Huge resinous, citrusey, fruity hops, and sugary malts. Taste is a fruity sweetness with a light resinous bitterness. Body is medium with a sticky feel. Tasty IPA, nice balance of fruitiness and resinous without overbearing bitterness.

Tap. Light orange. Small head and little head. Crisp and hoppy from the start. Doesn’t have enough else going on though.
