COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This IPA pushes the boundaries (BJCP American IPA top-7.5% ABV/70 IBU) and delivers what you would expect. This aggressively hoped IPA awakens the senses with aromas of citrus, fruit, and pine but will bombard your taste buds (with hops, a subtle malt sweetness and notes of caramel) that will put a smile on your face. Available for a limited time on draft.

Formerly known as Hop Prop IPA.

While attending their Irish Coffee stout release, I stumbled across the HOP DISH IPA . It is named after a common, hardy hot casserole meal from the mid west (Minnesota) . Its a right on the nose IPA. Kinda west coast style. Cheers!

Bottle from a locals for locals trade from Atom. Pours hazy burnt orange color with off white head. Floral and citrus aromas with some caramel. Bitter grapefruit rind and pine flavor with some resin and sweetness. Medium body with average carbonation. Thanks Adam.

Great aroma, not so great on the palate and flavor. A little too bitter for my taste, and a very 'hearty' tasting hop character ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

First time I’ve had this local IPA and I must say I am very impressed. Really that classic clean, crisp, tart citrus, bitter on the back end west coast IPA but coming to you from the frozen tundra.

On tap at Yard House SLP. Pours a clear a golden amber with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has has sweet grains and sweet fruits with a light grassy backing. Flavor has more of a combination of light fruits, grass and a bit of sweet grains.

Draft. Fruity, citric and floral hop aroma, practically leaps out of the glass, with notes of tangerine, grapefruit, orange, pine and fainter malty tones, with some toasted grain and honeyish sweetness in the background. Hazy light-medium orange amber in color with a lasting, very fine-bubbled head and a thin sheet of lace. Flavor profile is quite hop-focused, more citrus and fruit character throughout, with a touch of caramel malt sweetness amidst the hop onslaught, with a generous dosage of hop bitterness from about midpoint onwards, finishing dry and resinous. Finely but sharply effervescent and lightly oily on the palate with a medium body. Certain to satisfy any hop craving, no doubt.

Pours a light amber color with a medium white head. Strong piney and resinous aroma. Taste leads with an almost skunked bitterness before the malt kicks in to save things. Once you get past the initial too-strong bitterness there’s a good APA flavor underneath. I’m more than OK with a big, hoppy IPA, but this doesn’t quite pull it off. Overall it’s good, but not great.

Bottle poured a hazy orange amber with a lingering ring of ivory foam. Aromas of bread, candied orange, pink grapefruit and tangerine. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of bread, tangerine and orange zest with a smooth dry lightly bitter lingering tangerine finish.

Bottle from Four Firkins. Pours an amber orange with a bit of a white head. Some streaky lacing. Aroma has heavy pine, citrus and caramel. Taste is of pineapple, grapefruit, sprucey pine, and chewy resin with a solid caramel malt backbone. Quite bitter and tart, with that solid underlayer of sweetness. Medium bodied with a touch of alcohol. Finishes more bitter than sweet, but with some presence of both. This was enjoyable in a bitter not-super-fruity way. 13.9
