Bottle. Clear golden pour, spotty head and an aroma of sweet fruity hops. Flavor is also nice fresh strong orangey hops, with just enough malt to balance it out. Very nice!

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Had it out of a bottle. Has a partly hazy orangish hue, with a thin head and piney hop aroma. The taste is of solid hop with notes of grapefruit followed by hops again. Got it in a trade with amberbrews (twitter).

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Hazy golden color with some moderate carbonation and a semi-foamy head and great lacing. Aroma of piney & citrus hops, grapefruit, peach and malts. Flavor starts out with a resin, piney, and malty taste before settling into a citrus hop and peach finish. Body is pretty lightweight and carbonation is mild, easy to drink. Very good and flavorful IPA!

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Clear amber with tiny bubbles and a thin white cap. Huge resinous, citrusey, fruity hops, and sugary malts. Taste is a fruity sweetness with a light resinous bitterness. Body is medium with a sticky feel. Tasty IPA, nice balance of fruitiness and resinous without overbearing bitterness.

Leads off aggressively like Rickey Henderson if Rickey Henderson downed a bunch of hops before a game. Taste is less hoppy than expected and leans towards a smooth finish. A pretty decent IPA rendition causing one to wonder whether Lift Bridge is more than just Farm Girl.

While attending their Irish Coffee stout release, I stumbled across the HOP DISH IPA . It is named after a common, hardy hot casserole meal from the mid west (Minnesota) . Its a right on the nose IPA. Kinda west coast style. Cheers!

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: JAN 27, 2013 Aroma is light and citrus filled. Appearance is golden rod and low off white head. Taste has a bitter characteristic to it. Lots of pine coming in. Palate is low to medium body. Overall, not bad it competes with the locals and some of the big boy IPA’s. I like it a lot.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. Pours a mostly clear copper with a little white head. Aroma is citrusy hops with a taste that matches. Nice citrus and floral hops up front followed by a little well-placed bitterness. Greatly exceeded my expectations.

On tap. Nice reddish gold pour. Aroma hits most of the hop spectrum, from citrus to pine. The flavor centers a little more heavily on the pine/resin side, with a solid malt backbone to balance things out. All around a very solid IPA, and probably my favorite offering yet from Lift Bridge.
