3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap. Nice reddish gold pour. Aroma hits most of the hop spectrum, from citrus to pine. The flavor centers a little more heavily on the pine/resin side, with a solid malt backbone to balance things out. All around a very solid IPA, and probably my favorite offering yet from Lift Bridge.

Bottle from burgy! Pours a nice golden-orange with a moderate off-white head. Nice aromas of lemons and pine. Subtle floral notes and light malt sweetness. Taste is pretty damn balanced. Nothing too exciting, but nothing off-putting. Nice bouquet of hops and a moderate malt sweetness. Moderate bitterness to the finish. Solid.

While attending their Irish Coffee stout release, I stumbled across the HOP DISH IPA . It is named after a common, hardy hot casserole meal from the mid west (Minnesota) . Its a right on the nose IPA. Kinda west coast style. Cheers!

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Clear amber with tiny bubbles and a thin white cap. Huge resinous, citrusey, fruity hops, and sugary malts. Taste is a fruity sweetness with a light resinous bitterness. Body is medium with a sticky feel. Tasty IPA, nice balance of fruitiness and resinous without overbearing bitterness.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A: Amber/Golden Straw Hue, Passes Some Light, Thick White Head, Decent Lacing
S: Bready, Grainy Malts, Mildly Piney
T: Grainy Malts, Crackers, Mildly Piney, Mild Bittering Hops
M: Great Carbonation, Medium Bodied, Mildly Drying
Overall, this beer is more of a malty IPA than a hoppy IPA, not really my style unfortunately.
