22 oz bottle from Southbay Drugs. Wow, this is good. Super nice golden color, slight aroma of bubble gum and spicy hops. Sweet, with a bit of peppery flavors in the background. Maybe I have just been craving a good lager lately, but this one really impressed me. I’m glad this is now available in bottles, as I will be drinking tons of this, especially come summer. Pilsener lovers rejoice!

Poured from a bomber into a SS lager glass 2 finger head,pillowy white,lacing.Grainy aroma,typical lager type aroma,some floral earthy aroma faintly,grain sweetness.Smoothe slick mouthfeel kinda buttery cream sweet with a real grassy hop bittering. Green apple.For as carbonated as it is there is a flat slick buttery kinda - sweetness/middle to this.Lingering grassy bitterness.Nothing i would care to try again but not bad.

Pours a clear lemon yellow with thick white head. Aroma is a light lemon citrus with earthy hay. Flavor is lemon, lavender, bread and caramel. Palate is creamy with a lot of carbonation.

Aroma is weak malt. Appearance is a bland, see through gold. Flavor follows the nose. Weak biscuit like malt and faint hops. Not a very good pilsner.

From 22 oz bottle.grass, cheese, this is the first time i have ever notice chesse and grass in a beer as a taste so i dont know what to say but Lighting is always good this beer is thicker than most Pilsner.White thin head.bananna smell

Courtesy SoLan. Pours a crystalline, pale yellow, with a steady and fine bead. Aroma is sweet, but a bit dank. Very little going on here. Flavor is odd, very sweet with almost no discernible hop character. Disappointing, as the other beers I have sampled from this brewery have been much better.

I love pilsner, and this is a fine example, worthy of any German brewmaster. Nice use of lactic acid, Jim. Thank you for being so generous with this well made lager. A perfect summer session beer.

This beer’s dominant hop character was matched equally by powerful carbonation and a creamy sourness. Distinctive lager aroma with a bronze color.

On draft at Hamiltons. Poured with a nice golden hue with a gentle hops nose. Taste has a light and very smooth feel with a little bit of sweet citrus. This is a great beer and would be perfect to drink on a warm summer day along with a bbq session~
