COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a premium example of the classic German Pilsner. Clean, crisp and refreshing, the Elemental Pilsner is pleasantly full-bodied. Generous use of German noble hops provides this beer with a complex hop presence with a dry and slightly bitter finish. A bright white, lacey head tops off this award-winning session beer.

A decent offering, well worth the money and i’d definitely get it again. Just didn’t knock my socks off. A great pilsner

22oz bomber from SBD. Pours hazy golden yellow with minimal white head, tiny bit of lace. Smells grainy and malty and sweet. Tastes of very mellow, earthy hops up front and then sweet malts toward the finish, grain flavors as well. Medium body, nice active, yet smooth carbonation. If your in the mood for a pilsner, this is a quality one.

On tap at Hamilton’s. Light and awesome. Light hoppiness, with light sweetness. Bit of grassy in there. Hints of a lemony yeast. I’m suprised by the low scores.

Poured from a bomber into a SS lager glass 2 finger head, pillowy white, lacing.Grainy aroma, typical lager type aroma, some floral earthy aroma faintly, grain sweetness.Smoothe slick mouthfeel kinda buttery cream sweet with a real grassy hop bittering. Green apple. For as carbonated as it is there is a flat slick buttery kinda - sweetness/middle to this.Lingering grassy bitterness.Nothing i would care to try again but not bad.

Pours a pure yellow color with a happy corn aroma. Taste is grassy with a dry bad bitter finish. A crisp beer that left a Earthy lingering aftertaste that stayed on the palate. . This beer was dry, bitter and crisp, with a decent complexity.

On draft at Pizza Port Solana Beach. Poured a murky yellow golden color small head. Aroma was spicy with some hop presence. Taste was very grainy with some hops. Not too shabby.

Pours light yellow with a white head. Slightly skunky malt aroma. Crisp cardboard flavor that has a light medicinal finish with the cardboard in there.

Draft at SD Brewery. Pours clear gold with a bubbly white head. Grass, hay, spun sugar, and grain in the nose. More straw and Saaz in the taste, but mixed with lemon and honey, and something funky (the yeast they tout?). Overall, an okay beer.

22 oz bottle from Southbay Drugs. Wow, this is good. Super nice golden color, slight aroma of bubble gum and spicy hops. Sweet, with a bit of peppery flavors in the background. Maybe I have just been craving a good lager lately, but this one really impressed me. I’m glad this is now available in bottles, as I will be drinking tons of this, especially come summer. Pilsener lovers rejoice!
