COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named after Oldenburg’s first Priest. A thirst-quenching wheat beer, made with two-row brewers malt and heaps of white wheat malt. It is hopped with Liberty and Chinook aroma hops and has flavors of coriander

Draft sampler at the brewpub on December 29, 2013. Slightly hazy yellow color, sweet/earthy aroma, spicy/yeasty flavor that starts out light to moderate and finishes strong. Good brew.

Taster on tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden orange color. Thin off-white head. Crisp, bready kind of orangey aroma. Very light carbonation. Medium body, kind of slick. Kind of a grainy smell to it. "Kind of like a white wine", robotopera says. Moderate sweet taste, hint of tart. Not a fan.

Draft sample. Poured clear golden color with an average white fizzy head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Light to moderate hop and wheat aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Light to medium bittersweet flavor with a light to medium smooth bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Soft, but my expectations where met.

Draft to taster at the brewpub. Looks decent; an almost completely transparent light gold with white lacing and lively carbonation. Smells wheaty and lightly hoppy with a touch of mild spices. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. Okay.
