Available on draught - in 11 gallon kegs - and in 568ml bottles.
Sparkling medium sweet perry oozing with subtle flavours and with cult status among many of its devotees.
NOTE: Not to be confused with Bee Sting Still Perry, which is a different product.

On tap at the Cider Tap with Sarah. Pours a clear pale gold with a visible carbonation and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has extremely sweet apples with just a hint of acid. Flavor has an intense sweet candied apple note throughout.

Cask at Southampton Arms. Incredibly pale yellow with no head. Sqeet ans somewhat fusel aroma - definite pear. Taste is dimple sweet pear - pretry nice, actually. Light, slick, vaguely acidic mouthfeel, quick finish. My wife loved it!!

Sparkling and clear light light yellow colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate pear, sweet pear, pear peel. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to lively. [20110617]

Draught@Cask Pub And Kitchen, London. Pale yellowish colour, small white head. Aroma is pear, sugar, wood and some apples as well. Flavour is pear, apples, some sweet sugary notes as well. Quite dry, but very sweet.
