MIBG Fest: Seemingly an Amber ale - pac NW hoppy aroma, nice look and beautiful head. Malt sourish? Bitter...interesting.

Head and lace pretty average. Flowery is right! Very similar to their BSA. Almost an IPA. Heavy flowery aftertaste.

This amber is a decent beer. Pours out to the usual amber color in the glass with a slight head. Aroma is that of biscuits/bread dough. Taste is quite malty with a slightly sweet aftertaste. Good, but not overly exciting. Would be a good beer to introduce a macro drinker to try.

This was failry tasty... I still prefer the stout, but this is a good attempt. I think it reminds me of ’Hops Restaurant’s’ Red. Decently hoppy, but the malt is still present... On my first sip I was afraid that the beer would bee too sweet... or too hoppy, but it is balanced well.

A slight whiff of homebrew diacytel. Tons of caramel malts. Excellent hops to malt balance. This brew tastes crafted ... I know that might be an odd comment, but I can’t put a descriptor on it. Sweet malt flavors counterbalanced with a slight malt derived zip. Hops tingle at the front of the tongue. This is a great example of an amber ale.
