Pours out to the usual amber color in the glass with a slight head. Aroma is that of biscuits/bread dough. Taste is quite malty with a slightly sweet aftertaste. Good, but not overly exciting. Would be a good beer to introduce a macro drinker to try. Jfishback13 (271), Royal Oak, Michigan, USA

I think it reminds me of ’Hops Restaurant’s’ Red. Decently hoppy, but the malt is still present... On my first sip I was afraid that the beer would bee too sweet... or too hoppy, but it is balanced well. Inveigler (371), Ferndale, Michigan, USA

This brew tastes crafted ... I know that might be an odd comment, but I can’t put a descriptor on it. Sweet malt flavors counterbalanced with a slight malt derived zip. Hops tingle at the front of the tongue. This is a great example of an amber ale.
