Classic ruby/brown color, aroma’s of fruits and grainy malts, slightly toasted. Taste is sililar to the smell, aftertaste is perfection in sweetness and toasted bitters. But pretty it is indeed, with a reddish brown, full, almost greasy head. Very full-bodied, lots of dry caramel with some sweet notes. Some bitterness for balance which succeeds completely making this a very well crafted and harmonious Bock. A beer of very high quality. 080903 yespr (12443), Copenhagen O, Denmark
