3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Apparently specially brewed for Mitra, but De Bierwinkel Leiden had it anyway. :) Pours a dark amber, clear body with frithy stable beige head. Mild and accessible aroma, caramel malts and a clean yeast profile. all it boring, but its quite delicate and nothing wrong.Taste is equally accessible, with light sweet roasted taste and onyl very little hops. Very clean and therefore not very exciting. Even cleaner than the biggest Dutch brewers do, but it’s a well executed bok. (33cl bottle)

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
30 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Mitra. Deep brown colour with a tan head. Malty nose with some spices. Malty taste with roasted malts and a considerable hoppy bitterness. Long lasting bittersweet aftertaste. Another great Gouverneur beer.
