2.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
From the green, corked bottle marked L-C16LAP. I had to use a corkscrew? It poured into the glass a murky pale yellow with a short-lived white fizzy head the dissipates soon. The nose is more like an apple cider without the bite. The green apples are balanced by a buttery, toasted malt character but they still lead the way. Light summery body. The taste is about as tart as raw green apples can be but smooth enough to draw some attention to the malts. Maybe if I drank this on a hot humid day I might have liked it better.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Overall: Very much apple, no funkiness, feels like a fake cider. The concluding bitterness does not improve it.
Note: Bottle 250 ml at home. Reviewed 2014-01-06.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: Slight haze, golden, light to medium white head. That initially pours thick. Very lifted apple, toffee, candy nose. Lacks complexity but clean and pure. Baked. Slightly sweet but not bitter. Fresh not sour. Palate is just dominated by apples and malt..
Nice simple beer. Easy drink.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Unk bottle date.
Nice, standard yellow ale with a scattered foam top. Excellent clarity. SMells like apple jolly ranchers. Smells nicely of green apples when sweet and ripe.
Nice, crisp apple flavor with the slightest sourness on it. Reminds me of, again, apple jolly ranchers. Thin with higher carb and a wet finish. Yummy beer.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Shared a 375ml bottle from Delheize (Luxembourg). Pours a yellow golden colour with a thin lacing. Aroma is apples and wild yeast. Average to high carbonation and light body. Taste is complex with sour, bitter and sweet flavours acting at the same time. Overall, a very good beer resembling a cider.
