4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Unk bottle date.
Nice, standard yellow ale with a scattered foam top. Excellent clarity. SMells like apple jolly ranchers. Smells nicely of green apples when sweet and ripe.
Nice, crisp apple flavor with the slightest sourness on it. Reminds me of, again, apple jolly ranchers. Thin with higher carb and a wet finish. Yummy beer.
Serving type: bottle

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Shared a 375ml bottle from Delheize (Luxembourg). Pours a yellow golden colour with a thin lacing. Aroma is apples and wild yeast. Average to high carbonation and light body. Taste is complex with sour, bitter and sweet flavours acting at the same time. Overall, a very good beer resembling a cider.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Where: The Bishops Arms (Folkungagatan), Stockholm.
Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a small white head.
Aroma: Sweet apple.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Fresh, sweet apple, a bit acidic.
Comment: Only had this draught, but been told it is far superior on draught than bottled. Will have to taste it bottled to know for sure, but afraid this will ruin the beer for me. Might as well stick to the good draught version.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours yellow with white head. Taste sweet, tart, apples. I thought this was pretty good. I would definitely drink this again.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: NOV 20, 2013 Bottle: slightly amber with some goldenrod hints, looks like a slightly lighter hued apple juice; fading white head is gone almost instantly. Aroma is heavy green apple & apple skins. Really, not much else. Mostly sweet with a slight back-end tartness, possible astringency. Taste is like a green apple sucker... quick hit of sharp tartness up front, quickly washed away by a sweetness that crescendos into the finish. Juicy, almost cider-like with a bit of yeast around the edges; not much funk, though. A bit sweet for large servings, & it tastes more like a fruit beer than a real lambic. Still decent if you’re looking for a sweet aperitif.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Rated on 7-17-2009 (Bottle) This beer pours a small white head with a good retention, yellow body, visible carbonation, and no lacing. The Aroma is sweet, sour, tart and apples. Ditto for the Taste. The Palate is lightly spritzy and this beer is medium bodied. Overall, this beer is easy to drink, but it does not taste like a Lambic...more like a Fruit beer. This is a beer that is not on my want to have again list.
