4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle 0.25cl. Pours in a hazy yellow with small head, which stays long. Smells like fresh green apples, almost a bit artificial, but very appealing. Taste is very fresh, green apples and a bit like apple pie. Pleasant balance of sweetness and acidity. Palate is soft, but in combination with the sourness it´s convenient.
Would buy again, but most fit the right mood.
Amazing that it´s possible to capture the flavour of apples in such a way.
Addition: Reminds me of Hubba Bubba bubblegum, which was also very intense apple at first and after that a bit sour.

Bottle into tulip glass. Two finger white head with a hazy golden body. The aroma is a strong presence of ripe apples. Tastes like sour apples with a smooth, buttery, acidic finish. Nice smooth palate. A nice treat to have.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Sweet fruit beer, but there is still a hint of the sourness of a lambic, which makes it more drinkable.
