(Bottle. 03/2006). Aroma: apples. Appearance: hazy, straw -- or clear, straw -- depending on how aggressively you pour it. Fast dissipating white, head. Flavor: SWEET, appley. Palate: Medium-light. Overall: not bad, just so, so, so, so sweet ... a lambic with training-wheels, definitely (lacks any of the more funky lambic aspects ... they’re probably there but just so muted by the syrupy apple aromas and tastes you’d never know).

Robe blonde, fine mousse.

I bought this bottle at Amstein. I drank it tonight at home, in Lausanne. It is an average beer, not the best but it is ok. The body is yellow and creamy, low carbonation, of course there is a side of apple, sugar, sour, malty and few hop but it is really discreet, typical yeast from the Belgian school, refreshing.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden applejuice-like with small white head. Aroma and taste are both full of apples. Very refreshing, sweet and sour lambic.

Clear golden pour with small white head. Aroma of green apples, yeast, wheat and pears. Taste of tart green apples, sweet apple juice, yeast and wheat. Light bodied, high carbonation, crisp mouthfeel. Both sweet and tart apple at the same time, very refreshing.

UPDATED: AUG 6, 2016 I really liked this. The apple and the lambic flavor nicely complement each other. A sweet, refreshing beer I would buy again. The cork was a weird surprise; preparedness is in order.

the aroma of fresh apple juice, wheat, candy and yeast... the taste is sour and sweet, with notes of apples, lollipop, and some other garden fruits... the aftertaste is sweet and sour...

250ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of sweet concentrated apple juice. Taste is sour and very sweet, floral juicy apple, fruity, hint of dessert pear, lactic, funk, slight straw note. Light bodied, soft carbonation, sweet finish. Quite OK.
