Great flavor, reminded me of my time in London. darn1207 (255), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Aug 29, 2008 I’m new to rating lambics though I’ve had a fair number while traveling europe. it’s a quickly developing taste for me at this point. 12oz bottle. dark purple-red color with a purple tinted small white head that never really goes away. aroma of berries and sugar. taste is tart black currant. like drinking a sweet-sour grape soda. some kind of sour cream element to it also.
