kidmartinek (656), austin, Texas, USA May 5, 2008 Looks like cranberry juice with a large pink head and good lacing. Smells clean like clean water, and currants. Tastes like currant and mineral and a little wheat malt. slightly carbonated. A little burn. Pretty good beer/wine cross taste.
BoBoChamp (329), Gent, Belgium Jul 21, 2008 25cl, from Geers Oostakker, easy to drink fruit beer, not complex, sweet, hazy, good head, nothing special, too sweet enginaaron (33), San Diego, California, USA Jul 19, 2008 Wow... I’m relatively new to the lambic world, but this is quite curious. Huge aroma of intense currant. Dark red/maroon color with good clarity. Huge flavor! Very sweet with a sour finish and currants all around. I don’t know... good but really too sweet for me. Not what I was expecting. Currant is good but not quite my cup of tea. Homebrewerguy (232), Oil City, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 18, 2008 pours a burgandy red with a pink head, aroma is of currents (of course), tart and tingly going down, black currants dominate every aspect of this beer which reminds me of Elderberries. anders37 (2506), Malmö, Sweden Jul 13, 2008 Bottle. Pours a dark reddish color with a small pinkish white head. Fruity and slightly tart black currant aroma. Sweetish black currant flavor with some tart hints. Sweetish fruity black currant finiah. carruthm (316), USA Jul 8, 2008 my least favorite lindeman’s lambic, and I’m a big fan of dark berries. taste here was too acidic and bitter for my liking though.
