375ml bottle at 4.2%. Pours dark caramel with a small head. Aroma is sweet vinegar and some woody notes. Not over the top. Taste has sour lemons to start, then strong candy sugars and a sweet vinegar finish. Some Sharp lemon on the aftertaste.

Pours a medium brown with a small pale head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is toffee, apples, wood. Taste is sweet - apples, pears, candi sugar, and a touch of vinegar sourness.

I quite liked this. Mildly hazy pale chestnut brown colour. Smells of candy. Sweet-sharp candy-floss flavours with hint of hazel or walnuts.

Clear and light brown with almost no head from the bubbly, soda like body. Raisin, sour green apple, bubblegum and grains. Sweet with only a light sourness in the middle. Short aftertaste. Easy to drink and quite enjoyable. (375ml bottle)

Prokroustis (361) - Thessaloniki, GREECE - SEP 10, 2011
Clear copper colour, extremely lively, white head. Aroma is nicely balanced between acidic and sweet. Some wine and wood notes along with some berries. Flavour is nicely balanced as well, with the sour notes along with the sweetness. Grapes, berries and a subtle mustiness. Very refreshing and enjoyable.

Date: September 5, 2011 Mode: Bottle Source: Discount Liquor, Milwaukee, WI Appearance: Orangish brown, slight amount of head and some sediment. Aroma: Fruity, maybe apple. Flavor: Consistent with aroma but also some vinegar, slight carbonation but smooth, almost like a sparkling wine or champagne. Other: Thanks to BVery for sharing, this was a difficult style to find!
