2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Ulfada (255) - North Carolina, USA - AUG 14, 2011
Amber pour with a bubbly off white head. Mildly sour finishing with a sticky sweetness. There is the lactobacillus sourness, but not much else in the way of funk. The underlying sweetness might be covering some of that up.

Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate sour. Flavor is quite sweet, moderate sour and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. Gets a little sugary, but all in all a nice faro. 100811

25 cl. btl.: Label said 4,2 %!?!? light head and very little carbonation semidark golden. Nose with apple, lemon curd and marzipan. medium body with some sweet length.Taste with sweet apple cider and a little sourness int aftertaste, orange confit. Not a typical lambic - but good! Especially after some time in the glass where the sweetnes withdraws a little.

Sweet fruity aroma. Clear dark orange color with a small white head. Sweet beginning that fades slightly but also quickly gets tart after the initial sweet.

Test vom 14.1.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche
2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 13/20 PapaSkeetSkeet (555) - Corvallis, Oregon, USA - AUG 9, 2011
Disappointing. Pours a shimmering amber-brown. Aroma is tart barnyard, slight caramel. Flavor is sweet like the other Lindemans, excepting the gueze. A big sweet sour caramel that could almost be fruity. Underneath it is a nice barnyard funk, tart and horsey. I feel like I’m missing out on my first example of this style.
4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20 onceblind (1349) - Denver, Colorado, USA - AUG 8, 2011
On tap at Cheeky Monk in Denver on 7/30/11. Copper hued, with slight haze and a small creamy head. Smells like oak and light lemon citrus. Deep sour aroma. Not pungent, just complex and not easily figured out. Flavor of creamy vanilla yogurt over a sour apple, with a little extra sour at the finish, light fruit like apricot in the middle as well. Pretty sweet and creamy, with a delightful sour fruit twang.
