COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It’s made from malt, wheat, hops, water, yeast. Candy sugar is added before the bottling takes place. It is a clear, light red colored faro lambic with a small, creamy head.

Looks innocuous enough, pouring a lovely clear copper with a thin white head that subsides quickly. Where it differs is the antiseptic sting on the nostrils upon opening, even before nosing properly. (This is my first faro lambic, can you tell?). Has that lovely distinctive lambic tang of berryfruit juice and a hint of armpit. Tastes juicy, tangy and almost as if it has cherries and raspberries in it. While the sourness isn’t mouth puckering and doesn’t turn your mouth inside out, this is inviting and tasty. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Expected this one to be a lot more sour than it is. This one tastes pretty nice and is easy to drink for almost everyone.

Dark golden/amber with a small white head that goes away fast - aroma is of sweets, but olso with a sour note in the back - taste is of a very good combination of sweet and sour - this was very good and very drikable

12 ounce bottle. Pours a orange amber with a small white head. Aroma of tart fruit, balsamic vinegar, malt and yeast. Taste is a complex mix of cherries, malt, citrus and sugar. Starts sweet and ends tart. Not sure what to make of this style. Interesting for sure.

Poured from bottle into my Founder snifter glass. Dark brown color with a thin head and what seemed to be good carbonation. Fruity aroma, hints of sugar and candy. Flavor wasn’t as sweet as I was expecting. Fruity mostly. A pleasant and relaxing beer.

Bottle. Pours a dark amber color with small head that is quick to fade. Aroma was green apples, and an acidic vinegar note. Flavor was green apples, sugar, candies, and acid. There was a slight tartness but it was out done by the sweetness. Drinkable but too sweet for me to truly enjoy.

12 oz bottle. Pours clear amber with a very slightly off-white head. Somewhat sour and funky aroma with lemon, brown sugar, and cherry. Flavor is sugary and somewhat sour, tart cherry, lemon, brown sugar, a little herbal, and a little dusty. Kind of alternates between slightly strange and pleasant, but it spends more time on the pleasant side. Not bad. (And now I just need to rate a malt liquor to finish all current beer styles.)

Poured from a bottle. This is just an odd beer. A bit sour, but the foot influence is too much for me. I can’t say I would want to try this again.
