Nice brown colour with small head. Medium carbonation. Aromas of apple and pear. Taste is heavy sweet with hints of apple. Some dryness. Refreshing

Bottle pours deep red-amber with a khaki colored head. Aroma is sweet/tart with notes of caramel, candi sugar, wood, and a touch of funk. Flavor shows the same with additional notes of apple, cherry, and overripe peach. Overall body is moderate with fairly heavy sweetness. A little too sweet for my liking, but still pretty good nonetheless.

25cl bottle at home. Pours attractive orange copper with a thin cream head. Nose is sweet and fruity, as is the flavor. Not too sweet though, with a delicate mouthfeel and decent dry finish.

bottle. Pours a clear red rust color with nice orange tinted head. Aroma not as sweet as expected, there are some vinous, funky tones here, soft balsamic, but also present is a candy like sweetness, which combined give a sensation of candied tart apples. Flavor is sweet / sour, starting with the sweet, a sugary candy like flavor, reminding me of hard candy, i.e. the outside candy part of M&M’s. Then on the finish there are light tart notes, leaving a soft, acidic puckering sensation in the mouth, with notes of cherry. Reminded me alot of liefmans cuvee brut. Overall I actually really enjoyed this, very nice.

Sweet and sour on the nose, mild acidic tartness with sugar notes. Pours a golden amber with a very thin white head. Tart upfront with a nice acidity followed by sugary sweetness. Not nearly as sweet as I thought it would be, there is some tartness and acidity. The finish starts out dry but a last bit of sweetness kicks in. Not bad compared to the other faro I’ve tried.

Kind of red and not much head. Aroma is fruity and the taste is like raspberries, but not as light. It’s sweet and the finish is more fruit flavor.

Pours a slightly hazy reddish orange color with a smallish bone white head that slowly dissipates to a cap. Smell is sweet with candied cherries and darker pitted fruits but with a sourish funk in there as well. Taste is sweet with dark fruits, hints of caramel, some mild gym socks. Sweet turns to a slight tartness about mid way through, then leaves a long lingering candy sweetness. Light to medium level of carbonation, sweet sticky mouthfeel, medium body. This one is pretty good although I thought it a little on the sweet side. If this were a bit funkier it would be better.
