Hazy deep amber color, small white head. Medium body, soft carbonation. Sugary and fruity aroma. Medium sweet, medium sour taste. Refreshing and somewhat interesting beer.

Cerveja adocicada, quase caramelizada. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Enjoyable and easy to drink. Aroma was fruity with just a hint of oxidation or funk; however, that seemed to subside quickly. It had a pretty copper color with red hues and an off-white creamy head. Medium weight palate with some dryness and good carbonation. Strong flavors of tart fruit and grains. Sweetness followed but not too much. It tasted natural. Quite good.

Bottle from notes. Nose is wardrobes, dust, straw baseline of sugar. Taste is overpowering sugar leading to apple candyfloss and a short dry finish. Faro is an interesting rather than a good style, and it’s hard to unpick the shortcomings of the style over the beer, but this is just too sweet and lacks depth.

Clear, copper brown. Small white head. Sour, acetic aroma. Woody notes. Similar flavour well balanced by the sweetness. Very good.

A nice somewhat brown, clear beer with a light brown layer of foam, in which some yeast still move around in. A somewhat sour aroma, a little bit like vinegar. A full, sweet-sour taste with some fruit-like hints which hangs on for a while in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours a fairly dark amber with a small, off-white head. Aroma is soda-like, caramelly, sugary. Some sweet cherry candy, light balsamico. Taste is soda-like, caramel, some balsamic vinegar, light cherry candy. Sticky, fairly light, decently carbonated. An alright soda.

Mousse à tenue faible, bullage quasi inexistant. Very little foam and carbonation. Red-brown colour (someone whispered when I drank it rhum-coke colour ... Maybe not the best system but it give you an idea). The aroma is dominated by cherry and wood (oak). Alcohol comes at the end with a note of malt. The taste is first hand sugar followed by fruit, cherry slightly woody. Very refreshing, not my style but very nice !
