Funky aroma, like basements or dank caves or maybe blue cheese. Has a orange juice-like sourness with touches of honey flavor. Both sweet and tart. Almost too sweet, but it is a good "starter" beer for sours. Nice funky, brett finish. Interesting style. Good with desserts and some spicy foods.

From tap at Les Berthom Lyon V, Lyon. Unclear golden color with off white head. Nice yeasty and malty aroma, light funky and wood, fruity, caramel, honey. Quite sweet taste, honey, citrusy fruity. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle, random street in Anderlecht, march 12th 2015. Light brown body, fizzy gushing white head. Aroma is sour with fruit candy and toffee. Taste is acidic, a sharp sour start is catched up by a sweet caramel and fruit note, while maintaining a mellow funky feel. Finish is sugary, just a nod too much.

Bottle into a tulip. Pours a clear medium brown, with a small tan head that quickly fades. Nose is candi sugar, cherries, and caramel, and the taste follows. Rather sweet, but not cloying. Nice as a dessert beer or as a change of pace, but not something you’d want a lot of.

Bottle from Seijo. Sugar really dominates, feels like candy cane in a brew, notes of caramel, cherry and berries, finish is sweet without being overly cloying. Definitely not my style, and probably not the best example...

Bonito acobreado e agradavel carbonataçao. O primeiro gole remeteu a um fresco chardonnay. Agradaveis sabores florais e citricos. Muito agradável, recomendo

Bottle 0,25L. Hazy orange color with small, fizzy, off-white head, that turns to a small crown fast. Specific aroma reminds me mostly of sour fruits, wine and vinegar. Very intensive aroma, but not really pleasant to me. Taste starts as a combination of sweet and acidic, but it turns to heavy acidic fast with a noticeable cherry touch and long lasting aftertaste. Interesting experience.

Bottle, gift from Simonsen, enjoyed at home
Rusty brown, thin white head. Smell of funk, forrest berries, caramel, malts, hints of vitamin C. Heavy sweet, fruity flavors, berries, a bit artifical, some funk and must. Moderate bitter. Quite ok, but i’ve tried better faros

Aroma of wine, vinegar, cherries and a bit of wood. Taste is lightly sour with a bit too much sweetness and no bitterness and noticeable caramel and red fruits.
