COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It’s made from malt, wheat, hops, water, yeast. Candy sugar is added before the bottling takes place. It is a clear, light red colored faro lambic with a small, creamy head.

Pours amber with a thin white head. Aroma is....odd i honestly can’t think of how to describe it, i think its mostly the candi sugar , smells sweet. Taste is very sweet, but not cloying, it starts tart at first but then thr sweet almost cola like flavor comes in Good brew, but hard to describe.

Clear very dark amber / reddish hazelnut in colour with smooth body. Nose of something very special, like cherry stones, hops and malt. Taste of cherry stones, lambic-fruit kriek. hay, mild hops and ripe grains. Hints of nuts. Dry but also very sweet finish. This is just a high complex lambic that I really enjoyed and loved to drink. As this is my first Lambic of this style I’m willing to re-rate this beer when I got my hands on another Faro.

Once again a tricky one from Lindemans. You can be used to that sour geuze style, but when you come to the end and a slight sweetish taste and aroma hit you from knowhere you know you have an outstanding beer in front of you. Full of aromas, full of great mouthfeel and with an incredible driniking end.

My first lambic. 25cl bottle. Pours brown-amber with a white fast diminishing head. Bready, sweet sour aroma. Flavour is sweet, yeasty, acidic wine, medium sour until the end.

Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione soft. Pessima.

Bottle. Sour lambic aroma with some sweetness present. Flavour is an abomination - far too sweet with unpleasant earthy elements. I couldn’t finish the bottle.

Bottle:   Chestnut like amber, thin sudsy off-white head, sparce lacing.   Nice tart nose, very wild lambic like, some bright wheaty notes and a bit of sweet fruity vinegar.   Hmmm, a bit sweeter on the tongue than the nose suggested.   Tart, not sour.   Very light dryness.   Boy sweetness, tartness, and the drying aspect play off each other.   Not as dry or tart as others, on the sweeter side (which I expected for Lindemans).   Body and mouthfeel are average.   Finish has somewhat of an artificial sugary sweetness.   I kinda wish that was a bit duller, and the tartness and dryness to stand out a bit more.   As is its still fairly tasty and enjoyable to drink.   Pretty much like most other Lindemans, a bit more sweet than others in the style.

12 oz bottle. Poured an amber color with a thin white top and some lacing. Taste of candy apples, sugar, tart, and citrus. Medium carbonation, medium syrupy body. Too sweet for me

750 ml bottle, at home, poured into a tulip glass. ABV 4.2% Light amber orange colour, with lots of tiny bits floating in the body. Two fingers of off-white soapy head, with low retention. A little bit of lacing on the glass. Aromas of caramel and white grapes with faint cherries notes. Taste is sweet at first and during the sip, turns to sweet sour on the aftertaste. Very refreshing. Light on the body, carbonation just a bit above average, on good levels. Nice beer, quite refreshing as I already wrote.

12 oz bottle from Wilbur’s into my Duvel tulip. Copper colored and pretty clear with a small off-white head. 2nd pour was cloudy and full of sediment. Fruity, sweet candy aroma, lightly tart with brown sugar. Really sweet and fruity, chalky and yeasty with a dry finish. The flavor is just too sugary/sweet for me.
