COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It’s made from malt, wheat, hops, water, yeast. Candy sugar is added before the bottling takes place. It is a clear, light red colored faro lambic with a small, creamy head.

Bottle. Dark amber, brown coloured. Large off-white head. Sour sweet malty aroma with some slight yeasty touches. Nice balanced sweet-sour body. Finish is sweet, little sour and a little sticky.

The aroma is sweet and sour with notes of wood and (too old?) candy sugar - maybe the fact that it was 4 years past last expiry date caused the "old" aroma. The color is dark amber and poures with a fine head. The flavor is lovely sweet combined with sourness and notes of caramel and hints of the wild fermentation.

(Bottle 25 cl) Amber coloured with a rather flat head. Lovely nut-like aroma, initial sophisticated tartness soon relieved by the wonderful sweetness from the candi sugars. Very refreshing swet and sour blend. Faros are a favourite. 270499

25 cL bottle. Pours amber to light brown with no lasting head, a very small crispy head was there when poured. Clear lambic aroma with a distinct cane sugar element layed on top. Very sweet flavour with a slight sour twist towards the end. Nice style of beer a good supplement to the acidic/sour lambics. Note to self: I need to have some of these in stock for guests that don’t get the beauty in the dry and sour lambics :)

Bottled. Amber colour with small beige head. Aroma is sweet, caramellish and at the same time a bit bitterish. Flavour is sweet caramellish (sugary) as well as some "lambiccy" sourness. Pleasant palate and aftertaste is mainly sweet only.

Bottle, 4.2%. Nicely acidic and woody aroma. Hazy amber colour. Big stable tan head. The flavour is sweet and acidic. Very clean, of course quite sugary. Good fruity acidity. Refreshing.

Amber with tiny head. Sweet aroma with light sour notes. Sweet flavor with caramel, apple and accidic notes. Goes well with my dessert.
