Bottled: Brown coloured with an orange glow. Clear. Light off white head. Has a nice sourness in the nose with som full fruityness. Very fresh. Fruit (cherries) and sweetness in the flavour. Is sweet in the aftertaste.

Bottle with cork. Poured dark copper color with an average fizzy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Good barley wheat & yeast aroma. Medium body with tingly texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy sweet fruity flavor with a solid fruit and small alcohol bite finish of moderate to long duration. This is a standout lambic.

Bottle. Golden brown colour with no head.. Aroma is green apple,orange and yeast. Flavour is sweet,yeast and orange.

Etwas süßer Antrunk, der Unterton ist minimal sauer. Der Geuze-Grundton ist anfänglich noch vorhanden, verschwimmt aber nach und nach. Im Mittelteil ist die Süße nun deutlich führend, dadurch wird das Faro etwas künstlicher. Dieser Eindruck verstärkt sich im Abgang deutlich, hier wird das Bier süßer, künstlicher und muffig. Cloudy light orange, big head. Great sour apple flavour with orange / lemon, perhaps a bit too sweet otherwise. Cracking.

A dark reddish copper faro with a thick moka head. Very nice lambic aroma, with smooth horseblanket, sweet cherries, epsom salts, quite nice In mouth, a sweet candy lambic with cherry candy powder, apple and lactic points, quite nice. 1.73 euro for a 250 mL bottle at Galeries Gourmandes (Auchan) in l’Atrium du Palais des Congrès.

amber-red colour, few head, cherry and vinegar aroma, hint of black-currant, very very sweet with only a touch of sourness, quite heavy and unbalanced

Golden yellow colo with very small head that disappears quickly; no lacing to speak of. Aroma of apples, grapes and candy. Flavor is dominated by the cloying sweetness that never lets up - nothing to balance it. Medium body. This one is too sweet, lacks the lambic characteristic sourness to balance it.

Bottle. Clear amber with small off-white head. Flavour is malt, sweet, little sour, little tart, fruit and syrup.

(bottle) Dark amber colour with a small frothy white head. Acidic aroma of fruits, cider and candy sugar. Sweet flavour turns into a light sweet-sour woody & vinous mouthfeel with a rather dry, slightly bitter-sour finish with a good length.
