COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It’s made from malt, wheat, hops, water, yeast. Candy sugar is added before the bottling takes place. It is a clear, light red colored faro lambic with a small, creamy head.

Of all the geuze I have tasted, this is by far the best. It’s probably because they add sugar to the beer before fermentation. Geuze and Lambics tend to be very bitter, but this one is surprisingly well-balanced and pleasantly fizzy. Not much head, amber colour, obvious sweet taste and aftertaste.

Amber in the glass. Aroma smells of sweet malt, fruit, wood, and a trace of a lambic funkiness. Pretty sweet on the palate but does have a nice acidic twang to cut some of the sweetness on the finish. I could see this being a good option for people who like gueuze but want something sweeter and less sour.

Pours a nice golden amber colour. The palet and drinkability is very good. The finish is a little sharp and only a small amount of dryness. The texture is caramel; tarts, toffee and some fruits. I am enjoying this. A good beer for a night cap.

Pours a light brown (WTF?). The aroma is sickeningly sweet and fruity. The flavor is super sweet and extremely off-putting. Luckily we split this 5 ways. Nasty.

Clear copper colour, extremely lively, white head. Aroma is nicely balanced between acidic and sweet. Some wine and wood notes along with some berries. Flavour is nicely balanced as well, with the sour notes along with the sweetness. Grapes, berries and a subtle mustiness. Very refreshing and enjoyable.

Brown color with ivory head. Sour and acetic aroma, goat barn. At taste is completely different, sweet by caramel sugar and medium bodied with lot of sweetness.
