Bottle with big thanks to MrBunn for making sure I got a hold of this style. Pours an odd little tannish yellow, with very minimal head. Aroma is of sour, fruity funk, and thatís from a small distance! Sour green apples, lemon peel, and cherries all assault my tongue on the first taste. Very sweet to balance the sour. Carbonation is middling, and mouthfeel is a bit on the weak side. Wouldnít drink a lot of this, but itís a nice change-up, and I appreciate the chance to try it. Thanks Bunn!

Amber, white head. Malty aroma with sourish notes. Sweet flavour dominated by brown sugars and some underlying sourness (acidity). Oak, vanilla.

12 oz bottle. Poured an amber color with a thin white top and some lacing. Taste of candy apples, sugar, tart, and citrus. Medium carbonation, medium syrupy body. Too sweet for me

Beaucoup mais alors beaucoup trop sucrée. Quelques touches de fleurs au nez mais le sucre ultra présent gâche tout pour moi. Cela dit, c'est une bière facile à appréhender pour les non amateurs.

Bottle - pours dark amber with little to no head. Nose of brandy, malt, and plums. Taste is of sweet dark cherries, candy apple, malt, and cane sugar. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

25cl bottle at home. Pours attractive orange copper with a thin cream head. Nose is sweet and fruity, as is the flavor. Not too sweet though, with a delicate mouthfeel and decent dry finish.

An off-white head (that stayed present for a while) and a caramel red body. The aroma is spicy, sweet, and yeasty. The flavor is sugar-sweet without being overwhelming, and the yeast, malt, and spices are present too, almost giving the flavor a dessert bread-like quality. I donít normally care for lambics, but this is one I could drink on occasion. Very interesting.

Thanks to JK for sharing. Pours a clearish bubbly dirty brown. Nice apricot sour nose with hints of some other sweetness. Very nice sour brown like flavor profile. Nice brown sugar sweetness with a nice sour bite.

Bottle to glass, dark red amber body with a thin white head. Nose is dominated by yeast and funk. Taste is slightly tart up front, rushes into a sweet body with some barn bitterness, and a musty finish. Too sweet.

Aroma of sourdough and honey. Toffee coloured, sweet taste with a slightly sour finish.
