2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours cloudy light brown to deep amber with small but stable white top. Aroma of acidulous home made wine and some malt, caramel tones more deeply. Taste is semi sweet and pure sour in vanguard, refreshing indeed, rich carbonation, light body. I couldnít catch any hop presence. Monolithic flavor. Definitely not mine but to broaden the horizon - itís OK.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 oz bottle. Pours a translucent copper with lots of carbonation. Thin white head. Aroma of bread malts and sweet Belgian yeast. Floral hops, sour fruits, and sweet sugars dominate taste. Hints of rose water. Sour soapy finish.

3.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
From the bottle poured a lovely reddish brew with a white head that deflated rapidly. Aromas of sour and malt. Wonderful flavors of fruit with a little sweet/sour thingy going on. Medium bodied, complex, and tasty.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Red-brown and hazy. Thin foam head that quickly disappears.
Aromas are not as fresh and clean as I expected: fruits, caramel, wood and some animal notes that remind the spontaneous fermentation and probably the Brettanomyces touch.
Itís a sweet and sour attack in mouth, wooden chips notes (that is definitly not a barrel aging !) then dusty wood again that covers the fruit. Aftertaste is OK: syrup, candy .... I have been used to appreciate this for a while. Tonight I am a bit disappointed.

2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
UPDATED: NOV 19, 2012 Pours a hazy light broen colour with a white head that quickly disappears. Aroma of strawberries, malt and maybe som citrus notes. Flavour is strong notes of strawberries, sugar and grass. A bit too sweet imo. Nice for two or three sips, but then it gets a bit too much.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bronze colored with a dirty off-white head. Sweet malt, candy sugar and vomit (sourness) hit you like walking in on last nightís frat party. Sweet malt and wood are the initial flavors with minimal sourness and no bitterness of note. A sweet and sour melange which works together rather well.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dark clear amber with quite a bit of sediment. Aroma of apple cider vinegar, funk, tannins, yeast, malt syrup. Flavor is very sweet for a lambic. Not much flavor; Mapley, lemony. This made me go "WHOA" because of how it has both a saccharine feel on the tongue and substantial dry finish.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle, 37,5 cl. A very clear light red colour, with a small head. The taste is lambic and fruity, but a bit at the light side. The taste is fruity and sweet, combined with the Lambic-aftertaste. Although the beer is sweet, it is not too sweet, it is agreeable sweet. Nice beer to take inbetween, on a sunny afternoon, or when you are thirsty.
