Love me some Lambic! Aroma- smokey, mint, sour apple, and menthol (wow). Well balanced sweet apple flavor with a mellow sour aftertaste. The aroma is the only thing holding this beer back from a 4.5 or higher.

Bottle 0.25 l, Carrefour, Wrocław, Poland. Ciemnobursztynowe, mętnawe piwo o obfitej ale szybko opadającej pianie i świeżym aromacie słodko-kwaśnych jabłek. W smaku rześkie i orzeźwiające, początkowo słodkawe, jabłkowe a następnie lekko kwaskowe.

25cl Bottle. Clear, brownish with a small white head leaving minor lacing. Aroma: of fermented fruits, some acidic lambic scents, some sherry like tones. Taste: Sour but countered by a applejuice meets sherry. sweetness. Dry aftertaste. medium-full body, average carbonation. Not my style, but well made.

A great beer, even though I prefer my lambics sour. Full of raspberries on the nose and flavour.

37.5cl bottle. Pours cleasr dasrk amber with ad minimal off white head. Aroma is lemon, caramel, yeast, funkiness. Taste is similar starting with a very clean lambic sourness followed by the sweet kick from tyhe added candied sugar. Medium body, lively carbonation watery mouthfeel.

Clear amber pour, white head. Aromas of candi sugar, and barnyard funk. Flavour is the same, on the sweet side. Okay.

Ambrée, très pétillante, mousse blanche retombant très vite. Nez de sucre, bois, vinaigre. Bouche aigre-douce : sucre, caramel, vin. Vraiment pas mon truc : trop sucrée, trop "limonade".

Bottle. Clear, red tea with a very fresh white head leaving a pleasant lacing. Aroma of fermented fruits, mostly cherry and berries, plus some acidic lambic scents. Taste is sour countered by sweets countered again by sourness that lasts into dry aftertaste. Very enjoyable. If one wants to have fun with sweety beer, that?s the well-balanced example.

Smells like a lambic or gueze, and looks the same. However, the addition of too much candy sugar makes it too sweet for my taste. Little disappointed...
