It’s made from malt, wheat, hops, water, yeast. Candy sugar is added before the bottling takes place. It is a clear, light red colored faro lambic with a small, creamy head.

Poured from the bottle into a Duvel tulip. Clear amber-brown with a large fizzy white head. The head resembles that of soda - fast audible bubbles that quickly recedes to nothingness. Smells lightly of traditional lambic barnyard with some vinegar and sweetness. The flavor is mildly sour masked by sweetness with a fruitiness, slightly earthy/funky , some wheat, and a touch of vinegar as well. Medium-low carbonation cleanses the sweetness from the palate. Even though I would call the body medium it is much fuller than every other lambic I have had. I was fully prepared to hate this just because it was from Lindemans but I was pleasantly surprised. Would make a nice starter sour as well.

This Lambic was a nice balance between sour and bitter. This was our favorite overall for the flavor. Cheers! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bière brune avec fine mousse blanche. Elle sent le liège sûrement dû au bouchon. Au goût elle est acide et sucrée. Très bonne bière.

Yeasty, barnyard and sour scents. Pours a cloudy bright brown with a thin off-white head quickly dissipated. Huge round tastes of sour apple with sweet tart lingering finish. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Really nice arresting big flavors. I really like it.

bouteille 75 cl - couleur ambrée assez sombre, odeur boisée, de sucre, goût sucré sur le sucre candi, une légère acidité, fruité et boisé, bonne mais peut vite devenir écoeurante

Served in a tulip from a 375ml bottle. Pours amber colour with a thick off-white head. Aroma is bread, apple, yeast, caramel and mango. Taste is apples, yeast, sharp sour-sweet with some bitterness. Medium body with lively carbonation. Very nice Belgian Sour!!!

Restrained aroma in a reddish copper pour. Tart taste to start is soon joined by a sweet body to balance and makes for a refreshingly different beer.

Pours clear dark amber with thin, short-lived, white head. Acetic and sweet nose, reminding some red and black berries. Taste is very sweet and medium sour. Light body, soft carbonation. I can’t drink more than 25cl.

Bottle from Great Grog, Edin. Pours reddish amber with a brief sight of head and effervescence leaving a flat looking glass. Aroma is not entirely pleasant. Cheesy feet. Bit of sick. Old, wet wood. Red berries. Mulling spice. A little medicinal. All over the place but the some of it’s parts is not for me! Taste has a red-flavoured candy soda sweetness to start. Some lactic cheek tweaking notes come in. Lightly sour. More tart. That candy sweetness is too much. Very, very light carbonation. Medium to light body. Not. For. Me.
