2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 10/20
Thanks to rustychiles for the share on this one. Popped the cap with no apparent carbonation. Poured vigorously to generate some minimal bubbling; pours a turbid brown/red with a thin white film, no real head. Aroma has some complex sourness in the background, but it is overshadowed by the back-sweetening. Same goes for the taste. You can tell there was an interesting beer back behind there, but it is extremely over-sweetened on top of that. Pretty much what I expected (except actually a little carbonated) - lackluster, but interesting style to try.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a deep brown reddish colour with a small, quickly disappearing head which is typical for a lambic. Aroma is fruity (cherry, apple) with a whiff of candy sugar and some funk. The taste is moderately sweet with quite a hefty pack of sourness which doesn’t intend to overstay its welcome. Fizzy, the carbonation is really strong. Overall impression of light fizzy wine or champagne. So easy drinking, enjoyable.

Bottle of 37.5cl, in a Tumbler glass; from the fridge.
A beautiful clear-brown colour, with a nice aroma of lambiek
Nice taste of faro lambiek (sucre candy and vinegar), but maybe a little too sweet.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a ruby red with zero head. Aroma of brandy, vinegar and blueberries. Very sweet with hints of cherry and quite a strong acidity to it. Not my style of beer at all.

3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours a deep reddish brown color with a small, off white head that leaves lacing on the way down. Smell is sweet, raisin, caramel, candied cherry. Really sweet all the way through. Candy sugar, port, grape soda, light barrel notes. Medium to heavy with medium low carbonation. Really interesting brew but definitely not my style.

37,5 cl bottle. Hazy amber with small head that doesn’t last long. Aroma is fruity, caramel, almost champagne like. Lightly acidic, with a kick of funky sweet aftertaste.

Pierwszy pity lambic. Aromat winny, poza tym wyczuwalne jabłka. W smaku kwaskowość kontra słodycz od karmelu. Widoczny wpływ karmelu na barwę piwa.
