3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Copper pour with an off-white head. At opening, sourness hits you but it either goes away or I got used to it. Taste is sweetness from the candi sugar, initial sourness. I find this a wonderful beer experience. All the flavors meld together to form a refreshing and enjoyable beer.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 12/20
Une bière très péttillante et désaltérante mais son goût devrait beaucoup plus se différencié des autres classiques

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Taste is extremely sweet, to sweet for me, and the sweetness overpowers what subtle hints of fruit and maybe brown sugar there are. Drinkability is average at best. This is way too sweet for me to drink more than once

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a dark amber with a thin head that fades away very fast. Fruity, tart aroma. Thin bodied and very carbonated. Sweetest beer I’ve ever tasted. Way too sweet for me. This is the first time I will use the term "cloying" to describe a beer. There IS something alluring about this beer though. Overall I wasn’t completely dissatisfied, but the sweetness just overwhelmed everything about this beer to me and that’s just about all I remember of the experience.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from 355mL bottle. Clear, orangey-brown with minimal off-white head, very tiny amount of sediment. Aroma slightly sour, some cherry and mild funk, but also a sweet maltiness. Taste has some of the mild sour characteristics of a typical lambic, but also a fair amount of sweetness (could give this to some of my friends who may not be able to take a full sour yet). Finish quite dry, but very bland. Medium-light body, slight oily texture.

3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured from tap to glass. Orange amber hue with white head that dissipated very quickly. No head retention to speak of. Aroma is cherry, tangerine, acetic, wildflower honey, evergreen huckleberry, sugar. Mouthfeel is surprisingly nice with medium light body but with lacking carbonation. Taste is sweet throughout with a slight acidic finish. Overall this is very sweet but tasty. Almost juice-like.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Solid lambic. I wasn’t a fan of the aroma as much as the flavor. The aftertaste is amazing. Very carbonated, sugary and sweet on the tongue.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
From a bottle. Pours hazy ruby brown with a fizzy off white head. Tastes sweet, like cherry and strawberry juice, light fizz. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like yeast and berries.
