Given how high I rated this, I probably shouldn’t think it could be easily confused with a cider. That being said, it’s an enjoyable beer. The burnt copper color was nice. The flavor was a nicely tart apple. The only negative thing that came to mind was it felt like it had a little to much carbonation.

Leuk tussendoortje, fris zurige appel in aroma en smaak. Smaak met iets meer zoetheid, mild en in balans. Licht bruisend.

Bottle, 375ml. An amber sparkling beer with a small foamy head. Aroma is unlike anything I have rated before; sweet but also kind of sour. I think there is some peach, green apple and pear liqueur. A truly unique aroma. Taste is very sweet, although at the end it becomes somewhat sour. There is some carbonation and astringency. Not my style, but I think every true beer lover should taste this.

Bottle, 37.5cl. Sparkling amber with a crispy offwhite head. Sweet, musky sour aroma, with hints of sour apples, fig, oak and barnyard yeasts. Dry and oily, with low carbonation. Earthy acidic character well balanced by the fruity sweetness. Very pleasant.

355 ml bottle. Pours a dark amber colour with a large, long lasting, off-white head that laces nicely. Aroma is sweet and sour with some yeast and malt notes. Very sweet flavour with a sour, yeasty finish. Medium body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation.

Lasting yellow frothy head atop an orange body. Very light carbonation. Nose of tart cider. Surprisingly sweet, very apple-ly. Minor sour cherry. A bit of a letdown.
