This fruit lambic is pretty good. Lots of raspberry, sweet, and tart. Light bodied and very easy to drink.

355 mL bottle from World Market in Raleigh, NC. Pours dark red with a bubbly pink head. Aroma of fresh raspberries and sugar. The flavor is of tart berry with just a touch of artificial sweetener. That is the biggest downside just as I detected the artificial sweetener in the Kriek. But overall this is a really good beer and I would give a slight edge to this over the Kriek.

Bottle looks really good, nice labels. Beer in the glass red-brownish, huge head. Starts intense fruity and sweet, like syrup, intense notes of raspberry. Finish not as sweet as the beginning, some sourish notes follow. Finish mild, fruity, well balanced. Starts a bit too sweet and fruity I think.

750 ml bottle. Pours a deep, dark, clear purple/red. Very, very sweet on the nose. Moderate, creamy head mostly diminishing. Very tart taste of raspberries. A bit syrupy, sticky? I guess just not my style.

12 oz bottle. Pours ruby color with a foamy, long lasting, white head and nice lacing. Aroma is of raspberries some spicy hop notes. Flavor is similar to aroma. Medium, tart body. Long, sweet finish with some tartness. All around good brew for ladies.

Nice foamy red head that quickly dissipates leaving sheet lacing. Color is opaque red. The nose is fruity - raspberries. Taste is raspberry tart with a lingering sourness. Overall palate is thin - medium body with small bubbles. It is refreshing with low alcohol. Tasted in a wine glass.

Bottle. Poured a murky cranberry-red with an average sized fizzy pink head that was fully diminishing and had good lacing.The aroma was overwhelming with the scent of raspberries with mild notes of a sweet yeast. It tasted sweet and very much so raspberry in the beginning and ended about the same with a slight tartness and mildly acidy at the finish. Mouthfeel was light to medium in body and dry in texture with a lively carbonation. Overall a very tasty Lambic.

UPDATED: JAN 10, 2011 Bottled. From Cheesy, Letenské náměstí. One of the greatest aroma I have "felt towards a beer" . appearance also very good. framboise red. slightly spirkling. taste not so good - unfortunately VERY acid :( overall - great experience but the acidity spoiled all the fun :(
