12oz bottle cold. The aroma is full of raspberries and so is the taste. Color is a deep purple - maroon. Small head but heavily carbonated. Flavor is just what you would expect; tart, fruity, and sweet. Just the right amount of alcohol. Light, but sour, raspberry aftertaste.

The beer pours a beautiful red with a short pink head. The lambic character is present as is an intense raspberrry flavor. My only problem with this beer is that it is just way too sweet for my taste. Up the sour and down the sweet if you want me to be a regular drinker.

Smells like fresh raspberries set against the familiar barnyard must of a lambic. The ber pours a vibrant purple, with no head. The taste is dominated by raspberries, and tartness. If it backed off the fruit a little the beer could be much more complex. Still a delicious tasting beer.

Poured deep red with a small off-white head. Sweet raspberry aroma. Taste is very heavy, consisting of sweet raspberries with plenty of tartness. Almost cloying, but still remains tart enough to ensure drinkability. Refreshing.

Superb raspberry flavor with a nice, long aftertaste. Itís a very sweet, refreshing drink. Excellent beer for the summer. Best framboise (=raspberry in French) Iíve had.

I really like this stuff! Bottle poured bright red pink with smallish pink head. Aroma is all raspberries with a flavor to match with a nice tart finish. This is great for a change of pace once in a while and is very refreshing.

UPDATED: MAR 4, 2006 Pours a darker hot pink color body with a small pink head. The aroma is somewhat sweet rasberries. The flavor is all rasberry at first with a tart pinch on the sides of my tongue. The finish is a little more bready but still fruity. Very drinkable.

Holy cow is the toast ready yet - Iíve got fresh raspberry jam ready to go here. No wait itís a rich pink liquid with sweet raspberry juice flavours instead. Lingers for a nice time but needed to be way more tart for me.

UPDATED: JAN 19, 2006 Dark ruby red with pinkish head that fades to a ring of film rather quickly. Nice oily body coats the glass, strange given the amount of carbonation in this. Sour/tart raspberry aroma and flavor, taste a little to extract-like. Nice lingering aftertaste.
