3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Wow. My 300th rating. My how time flies... Anyway, I had put off buying one of these for the longest time, and if you ask me why I couldn’t tell you. I wish I had discovered this a loooong time ago. A very refreshing blend of sweet and sour make this one a treat.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Doug’s Christmas party 04. Red colour, very little head. Lots of strawberry aroma (reminded me of a pop tart). Flavour comes across as a little too artificial to me, I preferred the Kriek in this respect, but still turns out decent and drinkable. Not bad.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Orangish-red colour with a pink head. Big aroma of sweet raspberry jam. The tartness of the fruit meshes very well with the dry lambic base. Refreshing stuff that I prefer slightly to the Kriek. [Toronto Christmas Party ’04]

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Intens Purple-red color with some hazyness and with creamy pink head. Great fruity aroma’s of ripe blood-oranges, raspberry pureé, mullberry’s, fresh pineapple and fresh mint-leafs. Nice refreshing mouthfeel with powerfull fruit aroma’s. first the attack from the sour blood-oranges and all kinds of red berry’s then the cremyness of fruit yogurt and sour candy’s that brings a smoothness in the taste. Nice clean fruityness in the afthertaste with a great sour kick and a faint touch of mint.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Purplish red color, pinkish head. Bigger aroma of sweet raspberries. Cloyingly sweet raspberry flavor, too sweet without any real sourness to balance it out. Lighter to medium bodied, kind of sticky. Not bad, but I prefer some of their others to this. Thanks joey_capps.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Intense ruby red, some white bright head .Looks appealing. Very nice raspberry aroma, sweetened yes, but still true and that works well with lambic base. Nice sour front, followed by sweet fruits. Good balancing sweet and sour.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cloudy, dark red w/ ruby hue. Pink foam. Fresh, sweet & tart raspberry aroma w/ an underlying woodiness. Very sugary, syrupy feel. Very sweet, somewhat medicinal, raspberry flavour w/ some notes of wood & iron.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A pink head forms over this overly sweet rasberry drink. The initial impression was that this was going to be a fruity beer -- it sure was. It was almost too bubbly and too sweet. There was little beer taste and even that was just a little yeast. This is a great beverage for non-alcoholic cider drinkers.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Dark red body with a moderate pink head. Sweet and tart rasperries dominate both the aroma and flavour. Has a sweet high quality raspberry jam characteristic to the it. Pleasant raspberry tartness balances it out. Average palate. I enjoyed this one a lot, though it is a bit sweet to drink on its own. Save it for dessert where it will be quite nice.
