A clean natural tasting brew with undertones of fresh raspberries and a wonderful aroma.

Found this on tap. Pinkish red color with a pink head. Raspberry aroma that was so strong i could almost smell the seeds. More sweet raspberries in the taste, very candy like, but there was some tartness in the finish that was pleasant. A very dry finish. Decent

pours a garnet hued purple with floaties. aroma is a strong vinegar raspberry scent. taste is raspberry juice, a touch of astringency in this. strong sweetness. strangely this has a lingering strawberry flavor.

Bottle. Deep burgundy body with a Pepto-Bismol pink head. Good tart flavor balanced out with/ some sweetness. Although I like this very much, it has no alcohol taste and tastes like a really good raspberry juice. It does not taste like a beer. So as far as juice goes, this stuff is awesome. As far as beer goes, it is thin.

Pours dark red with a small pink head. Raspberry and malt aromas with an oak nose. Flavors of raspberry and wheat with oak tones. Medium-full palate and fizzy.

UPDATED: DEC 20, 2004 Fruity beers don’t really work for me. This one was high quality though. If you’re looking for something low in alcohol this is the way to go. I was not a big fan. Plus it made me sick.

Sweet, syrupy raspberry ice-cream like, only less bitter and more syrupy sweet. Raspberry sherbert aroma. This is raspberry juice-must be amazing if a real lambic and real raspberries were used.

Was very plesantly supprised by how much I liked this brew. I think of myself as an IPA/Stout beer drinker and as such didn’t think I’d get ’into’ this sour/fruity beer, but I was wrong! The nose is just wonderful, hints of raspberries, sourness, and malts all perfectly blended. The taste is very pleasant, rereshing. The sour raspberry leaves the mouth very dry, like a good wine. the very Low ABV is obvious but this is about a sweet after dinner taste and not a quick beer buz. Highly recommended.

Pours a light purple/deep amber color with a moderate head whcih fades. ASroma is full of raspberries and maybe a hind of citric acid and some slight horseblanket and some other lambicky aromas. Flavor is dominated by fruitenss and most of all - too sweet. Mouthfeel is spritzy tart and slightly acidic although not as much so as cantillon. Not my favorite lambic, but I could see how this would be a great entry into the style for a newcommer.

Bottled. Bright red with fizzed white head. Sweet, sweet, sweet with a vanilla raspberry flavour. Could do with a malty background or a hop burst, but I suppose it does what it says on the bottle.
