08/01 0.25 l bottle @ Hopdevil, Zagreb. It poured slightly murky dark red body with almost no head. Nice raspberry aroma, but with minor, unpleasant stale side note. Sour and slightly sweetish flavor, dominated by raspberry juice. Minor lambic notes. Usual full lambic carbonation assures long, nicely sourish finish. Pretty fine, I would say.

Pours a dark pink color with a very small head. The smell intensely escapes the bottle as soon as the cork pops. It smell SO good. Taste like a pint of Haagen Dazs raspberry ice cream emptied into a sip of beer. SO tasty, the tanginess makes my mouth water!

Pours cloudy, pink/red with a fast fading salmon coloured head. Nose is overtly fruity, ripe & bright raspberries with slight tang. Palate is much the same, uncomplicated tangy raspberries with lingering sweetness. An excellent dessert beer, but not much else.

OK, I am not a lambic person. Not really beer, but I had to try one (my first). Simply doesn’t belong.

Bottle from Oliver T’s...Pours a purple color with pinkish ring, looks a lot like grape soda in the glass. Aroma is pure raspberry jam. Flavor is a burst of tart raspberries, incredibly tasty. Nothing else really noticeable other than the raspberries, which is a bit dissappointing, but again this tastes great.

Awesome aroma. I opened the bottle raspberries filled the air...hadn*t even poured yet. Once poured, the aroma was still amazing with a nice tartiness to it. Pour is a lovely sparkling red with big frothy red head. Decent flavor of raspberry tart. Pretty light on the flavor, mostly carbonation but it does well. Easy drinker.
