TampaBeer (181), Tampa, Florida, USA Jan 4, 2009 OK, I am not a lambic person. Not really beer, but I had to try one (my first). Simply doesn’t belong. Beth101 (315), West Yorkshire, England Dec 31, 2008 Thin pink head, cloudy dark pink, some lacing on the glass. Strong smell of raspberries with some hops. Taste of raspberries with some hops. SRG (10), Reykjavik, Iceland Dec 30, 2008 Bottle at Gingermans NYC. Dark red with small pink head, aroma is all Raspberries and lot of it. Looks good in the glass, The taste is again, Raspberries with a little sourness in the end, its like a candy. lumberjack (178), Michigan, USA Dec 29, 2008 Bottle from Oliver T’s...Pours a purple color with pinkish ring, looks a lot like grape soda in the glass. Aroma is pure raspberry jam. Flavor is a burst of tart raspberries, incredibly tasty. Nothing else really noticeable other than the raspberries, which is a bit dissappointing, but again this tastes great. kosko20 (302), Bemidji, Minnesota, USA Dec 28, 2008 Awesome aroma. I opened the bottle raspberries filled the air...hadn*t even poured yet. Once poured, the aroma was still amazing with a nice tartiness to it. Pour is a lovely sparkling red with big frothy red head. Decent flavor of raspberry tart. Pretty light on the flavor, mostly carbonation but it does well. Easy drinker. adoringava (3), , Florida, USA does not count Dec 27, 2008 bottle. If you like raspberries you cant go wrong with this. The fruit flavor is very strong, and natural tasting. No weird after taste or overly sweet flavors to get in the way of this wine like beer. Excellent with chocolate! tastetester279 (3), , Florida, USA does not count Dec 26, 2008 This beer is more like the champange of beers. For a person who is not interested in beer, trying this line might change their minds. Nice aroma, fruity sweet smelling. Just a nice sipping drink or after dinner desert. Dedollewaitor (3625), Odense, Denmark Dec 23, 2008 Bottle. Bloody red with a pink head. Both sweet & sour raspberries. Sticky palate. One of the more drinkable sweet lambics.
