Poured a clear raspberry colored body with violet head. Smelled of fresh raspberries with hints of cream. Moderate lacing. Taste mirrors smell with a mild tart finish. Carbonated mouth feel though not enough to take away from the flavor. Very good Lambic, wife will happily drink again.

37.5cl bottle. Pours an unclear dark pink with a medium size creamy pink head. Raspberry sorbet aromas. Mostly the sweet side of the raspberry is represented with a bit of tartness, finishing with a yeasty bite. Mouthfeel like a sparkling wine. Fairly one-dimensional, but quite crisp and refreshing.

Pours a rich, dark red with little head and lots of effervescence. It has an aroma of fresh berries and sugar. The taste of this beer is almost like a sparkling cider combined with bleu cheese from the natural yeast. Has a moderate mouthfeel like that of wine. This is a very good beer.

Poured red with a fluffy pink head. Aroma and flavor were loaded with raspberry. Very sweet and dessertlike, but also quite tart. Has a medium body with a lot of carbonation. I enjoyed it a lot, so I’m rating it fairly well, but the raspberry is so dominant it’s hard for me to sense the malt or remember that this is beer. But then, this is my first experience with with a fruit lambic.

Pours a dark maroon with violet hues. Has a foamy, light purple head that retains well and leaves some lacing. Strong, sweet aroma full of raspberries, cherries, some roasted malt. The flavor goes from sweet to sweeter, then very tart, mostly raspberries and cherry. Slight champagne finish. Very fizzy and prickly carbonation.

Bottle. 22 oz. Pours straight red, with a think, pink head. Aroma of raspberries, cherries, vanilla, citrus, hops, and hints of spice.Medium, tight body with heavy carbonation. Crisp, tangy finish. Very sugary. Overall a good fruit beer, but way too sweet for my taste.
